After being let down by another roofer, Mark was very good. Turned up when he said he would, kept me informed by text of any changes due to the bad weather. Very good, would use again.
Second time I have used this trader. As last time he came, as arranged, to view the job and gave a price. A week later he came to carry out the work, on the day and time arranged. A pleasant man and very efficient.
Mark, came, looked at the job, gave me a quote which I excepted straight away, booked the work in, arrived on time, didn't waste time, got straight to it. Did a good job and didn't expand on what needed to be done, good price, polite and friendly, answered my questions, treated me respectfully, highly recommend. Asked if he did flat roofs, he doesn't but recommend and gave me the number of someone who does. Overall very happy with Mark from start to finish. 5 star service.

Mark Fisher sorted out a bad leak behind my chimney stack, he came back a second time when he wasn't satisfied that the job was 100 percent ok at no extra charge. Mark came gave us a quote for a new roof very reasonable came when he said brilliant job even did a little extra job and didn't charge anymore excellent work and cleaned up afterwards very reliable and friendly would totally recommend mark.

Mark Fisher arrived on time and did an excellent job on my garage roof, he also repaired two covings on my patio wall, which was an extra job but charged no more for this. He was very obliging professional and friendly.
I had a number of minor repairs needed to a slate roof, gutter, and a need for a rain cowl fitting to a chimney. Mark came out and gave good advice and we agreed the extent of the work needed. He provided a competitive quotation for each of the elements of the work. He came initially and repaired the slates and gutter and took the chimney pot dimensions needed to obtain the correct cowl. He returned subsequently and fitted the cowl. The repairs have performed well over the past three months and the rain cowl has done an excellent job. I would happily employ Mark again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
