Excellent service reliable and very efficient, would not hesitate to use again.
Fitted a new kitchen tap for us. Arrived when he said he would and charged a very fair price. Will definitely use again.
A first class service, he arrived on time, fitted our new mixer tap and tidied up before he left, I cannot fault this plumber.
Martin came, was efficient, pleasant and polite, even advising on
some other minor plumbing questions we had. I would recommend him to anyone in the Long Eaton and surrounding area.
Brilliant - couldn't recommend more highly. Martin was punctual and friendly. He did the job very efficiently and was very careful to avoid mess etc. including not letting his ladder scrape on the walls. He identified the problem quickly, and explained it very clearly, including how the different parts of the system affect each other, and future potential problems to be alert to. A very reasonable price, as estimated, with no hidden extras.
We have used Martin for various plumbing activities a few times now, and the work he does has always been excellent. He is punctual, does the job well, advises on what to buy if you want to buy your own taps etc. or he sources them for you. Charges a fair price, he is quite happy to do smaller jobs, highly trustworthy and reliable we would highly recommend him.
Had a number of plumbing issues that needed sorting. The faulty
toilet
flush prompted me to consult trusted traders. Wanted someone local
who was reliable and not someone who turned up on a horse wearing a stetson. Martin was top of the list and local. Talked through what was needed and came back as promised and on time a couple of days
later.
Repaired/replaced all items that needed doing. Left everything tidy. Will use him again in the future if needed.

completing the work to exceptional high quality. He is determined to do a good job, with exceptional attention to detail. I also consider his rates to be very reasonable. Martin is a friendly person, who
makes time to discuss the work involved, and offer useful advice. I consider myself fortunate to have found Martin for this task, and
will certainly be back in touch for any future plumbing work I may
require.
Martin Shephard carried out the work I requested quickly and efficiently. He came to my house when he said he would and explained what was needed and when the part was obtained successfully replaced the tap in my kitchen. His charges are reasonable. I would certainly use him again when I need a plumber.

Martin replaced my outdoor tap and repaired/replaced some damaged plastic waste pipes which were leaking from the bathroom and ensuite. He has done some work for us before and did his usual excellent job. He always goes that "extra mile" to ensure a quality job! I will always use his services in future.

Martin came and assessed the work needed. Went and fetched the parts and fitted them efficiently. When asked to look at a problem with a monobloc mixer tap advised a replacement and left a catalogue for
choice of part. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as a friendly and trustworthy tradesman.
Martin is an experienced Plumber, having been in the trade for many years. He knows what he is talking about and from my experience
will only suggest work needs doing if necessary and will then
charge a fair price for this to be carried out. I have experienced no problems following the work he has completed and would recommend him to other people.

Was having trouble with the pushbutton flush on my loo. Martin was available at short notice due to a cancellation of another job. A new valve was required which he got hold of locally. Happy to say problem solved. Would recommend.
