Noel has done 2 lots of electrical work for us now. First before Christmas replacing a consumer unit, and then in the new year some extensive work adding, removing, and chasing in sockets throughout the whole house. He went the extra mile to accommodate our timetable, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy, hard-working and friendly electrician.

Had a new boiler fitted by Noel, very pleased with all aspects of his work. The quote was reasonable and he kept to it. Will use him again and would recommend him with confidence.

Noel replied to our initial enquiry, unlike others who did not. Turned up as arranged. Pleasant tidy worker. Did a good job replacing kitchen sink and taps.

NAW Services installed a new Gas Boiler in my home. Noel really cares about his work and when he was finished everything was completely cleared away. He stayed and made sure I understood all about my new Boiler. I have asked Noel to fit new fire next month. Very pleased with everything. Fair price and excellent work.

Noel is Hard working, pleasant and professional. Very tidy and can do nearly all house maintenance. He always services our boiler and does the annual gas certificate for our rental and is very competitive in price compared to others. He is trustworthy and reliable to turn up and work hard with little intrusion on your daily routine whilst he works. Always use him for gas, plumbing or electrical work at my rental or private home and fully recommend him to others.

We had been satisfied with previous work Noel had done for us so when I discovered the hot feed isolator valve was leaking and the cold one seized when preparing to change a gland on a leaking mixer tap, we called him. He repaired the leaking valve and said he had dealt with the seized one and would we like him to replace the faulty gland while he was here, which we agreed to. He replaced the gland in the hot tap only, collected his Money, and went Job done? No. The mixer tap was still leaking. We telephone him immediately and he told us he would come and replace to gland for the cold feed, but we would have to pay him to do so. It was his decision to "Fix" the hot tap, so we declined and, I did it myself in 5 mins for less the £5.00 for 2 new glands, discovering the cold tap isolator was still seized when I did, so I had to turn off the mains. Not liable to call Noel again. TRADER REPLY: First, I must say that my company NAW Services is an ethical business, my focus is not all about money but good customer service, and high-quality standard of work as many of my other customers can attest to. I was asked to repair a dripping (mono bloc) mixer tap by Mr Walker. I start by way of process of elimination and the hot side of the mixer shown to be the faulty one, so I fitted a new valve and when tested the dripping had stopped so I charged Mr Walker a reduced price as a (Gold card member) for coming out and repairing the valve. Whilst I was still in my van, I received a call from Mrs Walker stating that the tap started to drip again, so I went back straight away to the property, I then offered to replace the cold valve for the cost of the valve only and it was then Mrs Walker decided adamantly that it's ok and that she would sort it out pretty much showing me the door. Concerning the inline isolator, when I got there, it worked perfectly fine I was not seized so I did not change it neither did I charge for it. Furthermore, in my experience there are 2 types of this kind of isolators. A. will turn 360 and B. will turn only 90 degrees. Many DIYers will conclude that it seized, and the other thing about these isolators its quite common for them to squirt a bit of water temporarily when turn off. Conclusion I was very disappointed that Mr and Mrs Walker did not allow me to replace the cold valve and therefore it would have been a different outcome. In hindsight I should have quoted for a new tap or change of both valves from the outset. However, I wish Mr and Mrs Walker all the best for the future.

Noel came promptly to fix our boiler and has given us estimate for work required on boiler. Very happy with his work, will recommend to friends/family. Always on time and helpful.

Arrived at agreed time, completed work for good price. No hesitation in getting Noel to do more work in the future.

Noel pays attention to details and is full of positive energy. When facing problems, even though our gas heating system is very old, he can calmly analyse and solve the problem. The prices charged are also reasonable. I recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Phoned Noel, chosen as a nearby plumber on the Trusted Trader site, when I had a small leak in the airing cupboard. Came out later in the day even though many lockdown restrictions were still in place. Appreciated him staying to complete the repair the same afternoon even though the job was not a quick one due to parts needed and awkwardly place pipework. Clearly knew his trade, was a pleasant guy and charged a fair price for the work/hours done. Would be happy to use again.

Used NAW Services twice now in rapid succession broken bathroom flush and replacing a tap. First time on recommendation of a friend, second because we were happy with the first job. He did a good job and the price was reasonable.

Noel arrived on the day as arranged. He quickly assessed the problem, and carried out the required work cleanly and very efficiently. We felt very comfortable with him and would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Noel contacted me after I left him a message. He arranged to come to my house later and said he would phone me when he was about to set off. Sure enough he phoned giving me 30mins notice. He arrived at my house on the dot and carried out a very thorough service on my boiler for a very fair price. He was punctual, polite and I most certainly will use him again and have already passed his name on to a neighbour.

Good man but I forgot to ask for my gold card discount. We will use again.

Noel did an excellent job repairing my leaking boiler and replacing leaking taps in the bathroom. He was polite, friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Would recommend.

NAW services in Mickleover derby came to my mothers house in Mickleover to fix the cistern in the bathroom as the toilet would not flush. fitted new parts and everything ok, well pleased and will now always recommend him as the man to go to.

A plumber who not only turns up but actually arrived early! Communication was excellent. Worked quietly and cleanly and cleared everything away afterwards, even moved the old sink into the garage for me, very different to a tradesman I'd had doing another job earlier in the week, not a Trusted Trader, who left a helluva mess and who will never step foot inside my house again. Competitive price in line with other quotes. I booked him on the strength of Trusted Trader reviews and was not disappointed. He even popped back to change something I wasn't sure about. Not used the new sink and tap yet as it's still drying but it looks fab and I'm sure will work great.
