Jonathan English Associates are an independent Chartered Surveying practice based in Derbyshire. We are specialist Chartered Building Surveyors and focus our business in this key skill area. Being a member (MRICS) and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) we adhere to a strict code of professional conduct and specialise in the following areas; - Building Surveys - Project management of new build, refurbishment, conversion, repair and maintenance works. - Acting as CDM Co-ordinator under Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. Our experience spans over twenty years within the Property and Construction industries, subsequently we are able to offer an experienced, competent and professional service. Our clients encompass all areas from private individuals, the business and public sector through to consultancies. The vast majority of our instructions arise from repeat business or recommendation.

detailed report with excellent photographs which have helped me negotiate a better price on the property.
I've now used Jonathan for a couple of property purchases and have found that he turns up on time and inspects the properties
diligently. The report however, is where Jonathan's work shines; it is comprehensive with easy to digest information and excellent
highlighting of key areas.

We received an excellent service from Jonathan for our survey. We were given clear information beforehand, the survey was completed
promptly and was well written out. Jonathan even took the time to
chat to me whilst conducting the survey as we live very close by and passed him whilst he was outside the property. We feel very confident in what was written in the report and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Very professional service. JEACS were accommodating performing the survey in a slightly difficult situation. We've used their services
twice and have been impressed by the detailed reports, including a summary of key points and photos. Jonathan responded quickly to all communication answering questions and liaising with estate agents as required. We would definitely recommend this company and have already done so.

Jonathan provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was very accommodating when organising an inspection date, provided an excellently presented report with great detail and answered all the questions we had following the report. The inspection provided lots of details about the property we hadn't revealed from our own research and viewings. Communication has always been timely, friendly and professional. Jonathan English provided a timely and in depth service. My request to be present for the inspection to ask for clarification on a few
aspects of the house was accommodated for, Jonathan was happy to answer all questions and take us through the issues he'd found. After the report was delivered he was happy to take time to answer any
follow-up questions and give advice on how to move forward with
attaining certification for modifications that were present on the property. I would definitely recommend Jonathan in the future.
