Specialising in non-medical care of older people in their own homes, Home Instead assists people to remain at home where they are most happy and comfortable, giving their families the freedom to relax in the knowledge that their loved ones are in excellent hands. Our services involve the day-to-day care of older people in their own homes where we can support with personal care, companionship, home help, meal preparation, medication, trips out into the community, shopping and attending appointments. We also provide a range of specialist services, which include Alzheimer's and dementia care, convalescence care and live-in care, for families who need a break from day-to-day caring duties. With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Clients with our Care Professionals based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build trust and connection which enables us to provide personalised support and enhance the lives of our Clients. We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
