I recently had my garage converted by G & K Developments Ltd, and I?m extremely pleased with the results. G&K Developments responded quickly to my enquiry and visited almost immediately. Their price was fair, and the work they did was excellent. In addition, they protected my floors and carpets properly, and cleared away after every day. They communicated well and I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Graham and his team knocked down an old concrete bunker and levelled my garden, laying a beautiful patio, they also made good a crumbling wall and made some safe steps. They also fixed a leaking concrete roof. Graham and his team arrived when they said they would, they
worked really hard and had the job done in less time than I was expecting. They also left everywhere in a clean and tidy state.
Graham was extremely good at communicating which meant I knew what was happening and when. They charged a fair price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
G and K Developments have just finished converting our garage into an office and utility room in Clay Cross. This is the first major
construction work I have ever had done - and G and K made it a simple and transparent process from the start. I had heard horror stories about the difficulty of working with builders and kept waiting for the catch, but it never came. They helped us through the design phase, providing all of the information about the planning permission and building regulation processes, and putting us in touch with an
architect to produce the drawings. All of the work was handled by G and K including electrical work, carpets, painting, etc - we had to do nothing at all other than provide our design preferences. I would 100% recommend G and K and will definitely be using them again myself in the future.

We were very impressed from the start due to Graham's open and
transparent discussions and quote, which give us the confidence to proceed with our extension. Communication remained strong throughout the project, and the workmanship was very good, from all the trades involved. By the time the job was finished, we were very pleased with the work that they have done.
G and K Developments modified the opening to our detached garage from twin single to a wide double opening. They were flexible in
scheduling the work for us - despite being busy, the work began very swiftly 2 weeks from our first contact, took around a week and
finished bang on time. The communication from the builder was excellent throughout. The guys were very professional and considerate in their work. The end result looks great. I will have no hesitation in working with this builder again in future.
G and K Developments have carried out many projects at our property over several years. The latest project being installing composite
cladding to a large area of retainer wall. Liam did a great job of the installation, we are delighted with the end result. G and K's
work is always of very good standard and they clear any works mess on completion. Graham is a great communicator and always listens to what customers want and their team are very helpful and friendly. I can
highly recommend G and K.
G&K converted our loft space from an empty shell to a readily
accessible multi-functional room. They installed a large window, of our design, in the gable end, relocated the access hatch, installed permanent stairs, fully insulated the space, completed all the stud walls, plastering, and electrics, and installed storage cupboards. Their attitude and craftsmanship were excellent throughout - always being willing to help us find the right solution for our project.
They started on time, kept us informed of progress throughout, and if they did encounter a problem, they suggested solutions for us to consider. As a result, this was a stress-free project for us, indeed it was a pleasure to work with G&K. We will definitely be using their services again for future projects. Thank you G&K!

G and K have just built me a stand alone garage with a hip roof at my house in Wingerworth. Really good build quality and couldn't be more pleased with it. They have now started on a single storey back extension for me. Graham is a very good communicator and organiser which makes them a pleasure to work with.

G and K Developments did an absolutely fantastic job with our garage conversion- we're so pleased with the finished result! Graham came to quote very quickly after my initial enquiry, his quote although
not the cheapest out of the builders I received quotes from was by far the most detailed and professional. I felt that everything had been considered and there wouldn't be any surprise costs incurred during the job. Graham's communication was absolutely fantastic
throughout, he kept me updated and was very approachable with any
queries I had. He made suggestions based on my original ideas to
improve energy efficiency and therefore reduce ongoing costs for us. I felt all workmanship was completed to a high standard and I'm fussy about how things are left! and any little tweaks have been no trouble to come back and sort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend G and K

I am completely satisfied with the recent work carried out by G&K Developments on my garage. The trades/craftsmen were efficient, courteous, punctual, helpful and reliable. Graham made the process very easy for me as a customer, despite the challenges he faced
relating to delivery issues over which he had no control. I won't hesitate to ask G&K Developments to undertake future building work, and am already recommending them to friends.
Excellent service all round. Graham supervised and organised the work of replacing cavity tray and lintel over French Doors including
liaising with building control. His craftsman Adam did the work to a very high standard and was exceptionally clean and tidy and
meticulously neat with his work. More so than any other builder we have used by a long way. Shoring used was robust and installed
confidence. He left the area spotless. Both Graham and Adam was at all times attentive courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Graham Owner really knows his stuff. He listened to my ideas of
what I wanted and added his own ideas and knowledge to make it better. He explained the quote and how additional work can be agreed. His guys arrived on-time and worked hard to make sure that they kept things tidy and as clean as possible given the nature of the work . Any issues they found were carefully explained and a way forward
agreed with me before the work was done. The quality of the work was great and I got many of my neighbours and friends asking for Graham's number so that they can call him. I would 100% recommend this company.
G&K are a fantastic firm that are professional and realible. Graham is very knowledgeable and very much in control of your project from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and he can sort anything! This is the third time we have used them for renovations and we wouldn't use anyone else!
