We were badly let down by a previous building company, leaving us with no bay window. Then SureBuild was recommended to us by a structural engineer. Jamie came round and gave us a price for the work to be rectified. Jamie and his team rebuilt our bay window to a high standard including fitting new windows and finishing the inside of the room at a fair price. They were very tidy and cleared up and took the debris away at the end of each day. We thank Jamie, Craig, Scott and the team for an excellent job and thoroughly recommend them for any building work.
Jamie, Scott and the Team did a great job renewing our tired-looking kitchen extension. New window fitted, flat roof replaced, damaged pipes and brickwork fixed and all carried out in an organized, efficient and tidy manner. Despite the wet weather, Jamie kept us informed throughout the work and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Surebuild Chesterfield Ltd.

Jamie, Craig, Dan and the rest of the team did an excellent job putting in a window for us, removing an internal wall and converting our little dark kitchen into a spacious kitchen/diner. Jamie was very communicative and made sure we were happy with every detail throughout. The quality of their work is very high and the price was fair and always clear we had a good few quotes! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jamie, Scott and the team did a fantastic job on our extension matching the bricks and tiles to our house exactly; you wouldn't know we've had an extension added. The addition of a side door to the garage was also well done and it makes such a difference! I'd happily recommend Surebuild to anyone looking for a reliable, quality conscious builder.
Surebuild completed panelling in our summer house. The work was to a really high standard at an excellent price. The communication was superb and the traders were lovely and a pleasure to deal with.
We had a fireplace remodelled in our front room. Surebuild ensured my furniture and carpet were well protected from the inevitable plaster dust and always cleaned up after themselves each day. We were very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again. The guys were friendly and helpful, keeping me up to date and informed at every stage.
We had an integral garage converted into a lounge and a porch added to our home. The whole build was very well organised and professional, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Jamie, Scott and the lads, they are a great team of friendly, helpful and tidy builders.

We had a garage conversion and then a single story extension completed during difficult times with Covid. Jamie and Scott's attention to detail and planning made it completely hassle free for us. They made suggestions along the way to changes which we hadn't thought about which we are so pleased we agreed to do as it enhanced the complete finished look of the build. The whole project was completed well within the time frame given and they were unbelievably tidy. I wish we had found them years ago! I could not rate them highly enough for price, quality, politeness of all of their staff, speed and cleanliness. 100% would use them again.
Our extension was carried out in difficult times! Covid, shortage of materials and rampant prices made life difficult for Surebuild. Having said that, they were totally professional from beginning to end. They kept us informed at all stages, and always arrived when they said they would. They were patient when we wrangled with what is a fairly tight space and we are delighted with the final outcome. We have a quality build completed by a very likeable group of people. We made a sound choice and would thoroughly recommend.
Surebuild built me a series of tiered garden walls. I chose them from TT after other traders let me down. They did an excellent job. There was some slippage in starting, which is only to be expected, but the wait was very worthwhile. The team are very hard working, very friendly and know what they are doing. The quote was very reasonable and the job very professional. For example for a very small job of a week or so they came equipped with a chemical toilet. They are also very clean and take all steps to ensure they do not leave any mess. I couldn't fault them and would thoroughly recommend them.
Hard working team. Very considerate and tidy. Went to extraordinary lengths to keep our house clean, despite a dirty, dusty job. Nothing too much trouble. Delighted with the job which has definitely added value to our home. They turned up on time, did what they said and completed ahead of schedule. Very reasonable price.
