We had an integral garage converted into a lounge and a porch added to our home. The whole build was very well organised and professional, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Jamie, Scott and the lads, they are a great team of friendly, helpful and tidy builders.

Surebuild completed a single-storey extension for us last year. Jamie and the team were a pleasure to have around, they are friendly, hard-working and take pride in what they do. We were kept informed throughout the whole project, which was completed on time and on budget. It is the first major piece of building work we have ever had done and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Highly recommended.

We had a garage conversion and then a single story extension completed during difficult times with Covid. Jamie and Scott's attention to detail and planning made it completely hassle free for us. They made suggestions along the way to changes which we hadn't thought about which we are so pleased we agreed to do as it enhanced the complete finished look of the build. The whole project was completed well within the time frame given and they were unbelievably tidy. I wish we had found them years ago! I could not rate them highly enough for price, quality, politeness of all of their staff, speed and cleanliness. 100% would use them again.

Our extension was carried out in difficult times! Covid, shortage of materials and rampant prices made life difficult for Surebuild. Having said that, they were totally professional from beginning to end. They kept us informed at all stages, and always arrived when they said they would. They were patient when we wrangled with what is a fairly tight space and we are delighted with the final outcome. We have a quality build completed by a very likeable group of people. We made a sound choice and would thoroughly recommend.

Surebuild built me a series of tiered garden walls. I chose them from TT after other traders let me down. They did an excellent job. There was some slippage in starting, which is only to be expected, but the wait was very worthwhile. The team are very hard working, very friendly and know what they are doing. The quote was very reasonable and the job very professional. For example for a very small job of a week or so they came equipped with a chemical toilet. They are also very clean and take all steps to ensure they do not leave any mess. I couldn't fault them and would thoroughly recommend them.

We have no hesitation in recommending SureBuild Chesterfield Ltd. Some years ago they transformed our home with a beautiful extension. Today they have undertaken remedial works to our drive. Their work and attention to detail are both of a very high standard. All members of the team are polite, professional and clearly display a pride in their work. We wanted to have a utility room extension built and selected several companies with good reviews on the Derbyshire Trusted Trader site. Surebuild was the first to respond and Jamie came within a few days to review our requirements and would be able to project manage the whole job and also refit the kitchen. Jamie even recommended an architect for the plans. With the plans available we obtained several quotes. Not the cheapest quote but we selected Surebuild because they responded promptly and to us appeared to be the most professional. We are so pleased that we did! Jamie, Scott and the team were all very friendly and helpful. They kept the mess to a minimum and always made sure that the area was as clear as possible before leaving at the end of the day. Any minor issues were discussed with us and resolved as necessary. They were also prepared to do some additional work to the original quote that we requested. Starting in October everything was working by mid December and there were only a few finishing touches required to be completed in the New Year. We are very pleased with the end result. Thank you.

Surebuild have been brilliant for use - as the job went on they found a few issues - but they sorted them out after discussing them with us and never ripped us off at all.
