Paul was thorough, efficient and friendly. Our home was treated with respect and left clean and tidy. He and Rob paid attention to detail. We are more than happy with their work and our windows. Certainly will use Paul again and would not hesitate to recommend.
Excellent work and came on time. Cleaned up after he had finished each day and even put the curtains back up. Four others on the road had used Paul so this was a recommendation good enough for me.
Paul installed a new bedroom window frame and sealed units to replace an old window incorrectly fitted by another contractor that was in poor condition and was leaking. He did an efficient job, was friendly and very tidy. In addition he replaced 3 old window sealed units that had failed. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Paul put in new windows for us over 4 days in the coldest week of the year, working extremely hard and creating no mess or disruption. We are delighted with the appearance of our new windows and the fact that we now have no condensation on them. We know that they will be energy efficient and in the long term save us money. We cannot speak too highly of what Paul and Rob did for us.

Paul did an excellent job of replacing a very tired porch roof over the front door. It now looks as good as new and has transformed the appearance of that area. I would recommend him for the quality of his work.

Paul was extremely helpful from the outset; his experience, guidance and design ideas were excellent. Paul and his colleague Rob both work hard, have a great eye for detail and were extremely neat throughout the installation of our new windows and doors. They cleared away every evening, and left the property spotless, inside and out, to such an extent that even the neighbours commented on their attention to detail and tidiness. Paul came to fit a new UPVC canopy into brick work over our front door, to replace some wooden battens that were there previously. Despite it being extremely cold, he completed it professionally within the promised time and to a good standard. The old poorly fitted wood was also taken away by Paul. The front door is now looking a lot better. When I initially chose Paul to do this work I realised he had a lot of work on by the date he quoted to do our work. I am now no longer surprised why he is so popular.

We required new windows at our Methodist Church and a national company were unable to create the required frames. We were recommended to Paul and we checked out his company, he visited and said he could create the frames needed. This he did and the installation was completed in an excellent manner. Paul helped me with an emergency repair of a smashed window in a double glazed unit which happened a week before my holiday. He came to measure up on Monday and assured me he could supply and fit the new unit before the end of the week so I would be able to go on holiday. He came on Thursday afternoon, replaced the unit with no fuss, very efficient, he kept me informed and effortlessly completed the job as he said he would.
