Richard was friendly, efficient and professional - he explained how he would carry out the repair to my wooden porch post and produced a detailed estimate. He showed attention to detail when doing the work and I was very pleased with the end result. I will certainly use Richards Joinery Ltd again if I require a joiner.

Richard responded without delay to my query regarding a leaky conservatory roof. He attended to view the problem and a written estimate was duly forwarded. I agreed to the work and a date was fixed in the diary. On the day of repair the weather conditions were perfect but due to the size and shape of the roof, the job was not straightforward. However, Richard and his assistant overcame any obstacles encountered and the work was completed within a few hours. Although I am completely satisfied with the work, I have delayed posting this feedback in order to thoroughly test the leak situation. I am happy to report that despite the recent deluge of rain the roof has shown to be completely watertight and the repairs have been a complete success. I am thrilled with their work and would definitely recommend Richard's Joinery Ltd. Indeed, I have my own plans to use them again in the future.

Richards Joinery fitted a new back garage door and replaced under kickboards in the kitchen. They arrived on time and completed the work by lunchtime, taking the old door and any rubbish away. I will definitely use them for work needed and would recommend them as "Excellent Trusted Traders".

Absolutely superb! I had a big property to renovate for pending sale and Richard and Ed were accommodating to all the requirements and turned their hands to any job. They were aware of the time constraints and worked tirelessly to complete many jobs to a very high standard. If they saw I was uncertain about choices they offered sensible advice, but always provided examples so I was reassured. On many occasions they fetched materials for me, and as I don't live in the area now I gave them a key and they just got on with it in fantastic time. I would arrive at the property to find jobs planned for the future complete, so enabling me to move swiftly and complete tasks. My house now looks beautiful, modern and fit for the next family. 100% recommended.
