Really pleased with Pro-tec Midlands Ltd. Gave a competitive quote after visiting us, which not everyone did. Looked at the job and came up with suggestions to keep costs down. Good communication, always came exactly when they said they would. Alan and his team worked really hard, quickly and tidied up after themselves. We left it to Alan to choose the colour that matched existing paint, and we were very pleased with the final colour. The finished job looks amazing, we have had compliments from our neighbours! Cleared all the moss of the roof, replaced some guttering for no extra cost and put everything back as it was before after the job was finished. Alan and his team were very polite and we trusted them being on our property. I would use them again and would have no problem recommending them to others.

Alan and his team completely removed our old pebbledash render, prepared and re-rendered the whole property, it has gone from drab and falling off to a completely new looking property, fantastic job. Alan charged a very fair price, worked very hard, always kept me informed of progress, tidied up as they went along. We are now proud of our house. Alan and his team did a great job for us re-rendering the front of our house in a flexible, breathable K-Rend silicone render. Good price, reliable and cleaned up the site. Good communication. Also replaced a broken tile right under the ridge letting in water whilst the scaffold was erected. Then let us use the scaffold for free for a couple of weeks to repaint upper floor windows. Would definitely use Alan again.

From start to finish Alan and his colleagues did an amazing job. We had new guttering and all round the outside of the house rendered using K-rend. They were all very friendly and efficient, 100% job. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Lovely, and sparkly bits in the sun, not sure if it's the silicone in the render but it looks great. Had lots of compliments on it.
