Steve was recommended by a family member who had seen him at work previously. I was not disappointed! Steve is such a friendly and pleasant person. He replied to messages promptly and came out to see the house, assess the carpets and gave me a quote. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, the landing and stairs and two sofas. Charging exactly what he quoted which was much less than I first feared. He was on time and worked efficiently. I left him to work and was so pleased to come back and see the house looking spotless, I wouldn't have known he had ever been there had it not been for the squeaky clean floors haha. I would recommend Steve to absolutely anyone. Such excellent service! Thanks Steve!
Can happily highly recommend Steve at Carpet Care. He came to look at the carpets to ensure they could be cleaned i.e. not shrink. He gave me a quote and that is exactly what he charged - no hidden extras. He arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly and the carpets are cleaner than I have ever seen them. Very reasonable and good value for money. Will definitely use Carpet Care again.
