Have used Andy before and when we recently lost our beloved terrier Ella we had no hesitation in choosing Andy to handle the cremation. He provided a first class service from picking up Ella to dropping off her ashes in a scatter tube. I cannot recommend his services enough, a thoroughly kind and considerate person. Thank you Andy.
I can thoroughly recommend Andy, we have used him twice now and have been delighted with how well he looked after our pets. He is thoughtful, considerate and great to deal with, giving us updates and reassurance while we are away. We wouldn't use anyone else now to do this, really pleased to have found Andy.
Andy was very helpful and his service was brilliant, collected my dog for cremation 1 day and returned ashes 2 days later. thankyou for a brilliant service, would definitely recommend.
I would highly recommend Andy and his business, after loosing our beautiful cat we rang Andy to discuss cremation, his service and understanding was very professional, we got our little girl back within a week, the door to door service makes the pain and grief just a little easier to bare.
Very respectable and understanding service from Andrew when my beautiful dog needed to be cremated.
Andrew was very helpful and supportive in aiding me to deal with the death of my beloved dog and then respectfully collecting and cremating her. Would definitely recommend.
They provided a caring and very sympathetic service and we never felt rushed and they treated our pet with the utmost respect. They made a sad situation bearable and a positive experience.
There in my time of need, an emergency trip, out of hours, to the vet. Highly recommend this efficient, calm and timely service.
Amazing service from Andy, I organised for him to collect my puppy from the breeder as it was a good 6 hour round trip and, amidst the current restrictions, felt it best to get a trusted service to collect. I couldn't have been happier, Andy was very kind , kept me updated on the journey with how my little pup was getting on and even kept in touch afterwards to see how he was doing. Will definitely consider using the service again in the future for dog walking/transport needs. Thanks Andy!
Andy provided great communication when we were arranging the transport of a new puppy. He let us know when he planned to arrive and kept to his word giving us updates on the 200 mile trip. Puppy arrive not worse for wear and was bouncing around 30 minutes later, which is really good considering. Price was fair too. Definitely recommend.
Due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions, Andy was recommended by our breeder to deliver our puppy from Staffordshire to Edinburgh. The communication and service provided by Andy was first class and our puppy arrived happy and well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy's transfer service.
We lost our 4 year old suddenly and it absolutely broke us. We needed someone to take him on a Sunday due to having children in the house and them being upset. We were allowed time to say goodbye and carry him to the van. He was our first family pet and we had been through so much. Meningitis and just completed 6 months of chemo for lymphoma and he died of a slipped disc, it was sudden and we can't describe the loss we feel. Glad to have him back with us.
Andy and Claire looked after our small holding of 14 animals, including ponies, chickens, sheep, pygmy goats, ducks and our cat. They were all well- cared for during our holiday, and we definitely recommend them for their professional service. We will use them again, for our next holiday.
Would highly recommend Andrew and team. They have been walking our dog regularly for the last few years without issue. Always great friendly service and our dog is always excited to see him! Very fair prices and trustworthy.
I cannot thank Andy, enough for the compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness and utter professionalism he showed me when I needed his services, after my beloved dog Baybe had to be put to sleep. It was such a traumatic time. I will never forget it, but I will forever be grateful to Animals at Home.
