Ian visited us for a quote and he was prompt and the price was fair . He gave us a time estimate for when he could start and stuck to it . He was accompanied by his son Bailey who is a credit to Ian . They did an excellent job of removing a fire and fireplace , insulating the living room floor and replacing the old timbers . They worked very hard and were tidy and courteous throughout the time they spent with us . We were pleased with their work and pleased to be able to support a local Trusted Trader . We would highly recommend them.

Ian helped us with a few jobs around the house earlier this year: new roof on our outbuilding, insulating under our draughty bay windows,
new
cladding around our dormer and replacing some windows. Ian finished all work to a very high standard. He is a one-man band and we were astonished how much he could do on his own. Very experienced,
friendly and respectful. We were very pleased with Ian and would approach him again for future work.
Ian did some building works for me on Friday and Monday the 11th and 14th August 2023, he did a a great job for me, he was on time and
completed the job on time, I was extremely pleased with the work, the price was right, I would recommend him to anyone.
