I have used Terry for a couple of jobs now and will definitely use him again the next time I need an electrician. He is reliable and trustworthy, and happy to explain what is required whilst being fair and reasonable about all work needed.

Mr. Webb was pleasant, punctual, efficient and fixed a problem at short notice in the evening on his first visit. He came a second time and I was very pleased with his work at my home. Terry came to look at our problem one evening and came to do the job the next day. He was very pleasant, polite and really made sure we understood what he was doing and why. I asked Terry for a quote to source and replace a kitchen fluorescent light, two bathroom lights, a bathroom fan and the bulb in an outside security light. He gave a very reasonable quote to do the work and was able to fit the job into his schedule with very little delay. He came on the day and time he said he would, did all the jobs in an afternoon, left everywhere extremely tidy and charged less than his original quote! He was well organised, polite and good humoured. I am extremely satisfied with the work Terry has done and highly recommend him.
Terry came and installed 2 x double sockets in not greatly accessible locations in our home. Absolute star, totally competent, professional and tidied up all dust/plaster afterwards. Excellent job, much cheaper than I expected and also a really nice guy as well!

I contacted Terry on Tuesday and he came over the following day to fit a new extractor fan in our bathroom. He did a fantastic job and tidied up afterwards. He was very polite and friendly. Contacted Terry on Monday, he said he would 'phone later to arrange a visit same day, which he did. Visited when he said he would and spent nearly an hour investigating what initially seemed a simple problem but in fact turned out to be more complicated. He gave advice and suggestions about how the problem could be rectified and left it with me to make a decision about what to do. Despite having spent his valuable work time at my house he refused my offers of payment. He was throughout polite, honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Great attention to detail. Spends as much time as a job needs and never cuts corners. We have always felt that the job will have been done properly and nothing will have been missed. Safety of the finished work always an absolute priority. Very reasonable price. Always comes when he says that he will. Done some really difficult jobs for us. We have always been delighted with his work. Once you have had him do a job you will never look elsewhere for an electrician.
We found terry on trusted trader, saw he had really good reviews, gave him a call and he came out the same day and fitted us two bathroom lights. Really nice man, we are now having him back for some further work. Nice to find someone you can rely on.

Extremely pleased with the work Terry has done for us and we would readily recommend him to others. Right from the outset he listened to what we wanted and needed, gave us very good, unbiased advice and guidance, including materials we could use and where we could purchase them. He even did his own research on the things that would match what we needed. We call that outstanding customer service. Trip switch failed on a Bank Holiday, looked at close electricians, this chap was nearby and had good reviews. As good as all reviews, pleasant chap, got the job sorted, would happily recommend and use in future.

Terry was first class, always returned calls, let us know everything he was going to do and helped us choose the best outdoor light for surrounds and within light pollution areas.
