Matthew visited us the day after I rang him to see exactly what we required to brick up our fireplace. He soon sourced the materials we needed including obtaining and fitting a new hearth for us, all within a week. A very friendly and helpful person I'd recommend him to anyone.

Very prompt response from Matlock Property Maintenance. I rang on a Friday and he answered the phone immediately even though he was on holidays. Came round first thing Monday morning to assess the work I needed doing and came back the next day to complete it. Fantastic service. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you. Will definitely use again and indeed have asked for other work to be done on my never ending to do list.
Matt kept in touch about his arrival date and time, came promptly, sorted out blocked top gutter and downpipe, very helpful.
Having left several messages on builders answerphones without any response it was a pleasant surprise when Matt answered his. I was desperate with rain coming through to my bedroom. He came the next day, looked over the work that needed doing and gave me a price. He has just finished repointing two of my house walls, fixed a slipped down roof tile and cleaned the gutters. I cannot speak too highly of him, he is honest, reliable and very hard working. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
