Re-pointed the gable end of the house. Did the job earlier than expected and turned up on the appointed time. Nice to find a reliable, efficient builder who did excellent work and was so professional.

Dave at DSM Property Services is very attentive and conscientious, he called in a number of times before he started work to keep me informed as to when he would start, which was then on the date he promised. He explained the extent of work which was to mechanically rake out an elevation of brickwork and to repoint it with mortar and how he would be carrying it out which all went according to plan. He left the work area tidy and cleaned up after completion each day. When the work was finished he called back the following day to ensure all was satisfactory for us. He is a great example of the old genuine tradesman with a good work ethic and I would have no problem in recommending him to others for similar repointing works.

Dave procured and fitted two wrought iron handrails, at the front and back of our property, after discussing our requirements and offering advice on design, etc. He fitted them today 22/01/21 and made an excellent, really solid job of it, leaving the work areas clean and tidy. We are very pleased with both handrails - it was the first time we have used him and it won't be the last.

As always, Dave did a thorough job in his usual calm, clean, friendly, reliable, professional manner and for a more than reasonable price. I have and do recommend Dave's expertise without any hesitation whatsoever. A truly trustworthy person with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He will always be my first port of call.
