Louise Roper Painting and Decorating

Louise was a pleasure to have in ones home. She worked very hard and to a high standard. Always cleaned everything away before leaving. She has been twice to work for me now and would recommend her without any doubt. Takes a pride in her work and is very particular about leaving you happy. Thank you Louise.

*Customer Feedback* Very poor work. Louise took just a day and a half to decorate our bathroom. The paint started to come off the door a few days later almost like wet paper. We had chosen a colour for the walls from the Dulux heavy duty washable range and left it to Louise to purchase. She bought and applied standard Matt which has run down the walls due to condensation. We asked her to return and rectify the problems, she replied 'only if you pay me'. Another decorator has viewed the mess and commented 'I can't paint over that it will all have to come off'. *Traders Reply* I'm a diligent and conscientious tradesperson and have not received any negative comments in the past. I have always returned to jobs upon request as I did with Mr XXXXXXX bathroom, when I was told of a small issue with the door. At the time of my return visit there were no other apparent issues and Mr XXXXXXX was happy with the works. At a later date, and for whatever reason, I was told that Mr XXXXXXX had decided to burn the paint off himself. I don't understand why this particular customer has taken beef with my work and I dispute Mr XXXXXXX claim that I would only return if I was paid to do so.

We are very pleased with Louise's work and would highly recommend her. She arrived promptly and paid meticulous attention to detail. A very professional job.
