Pete called me back when he said he would. Turned up when he promised to. Did an incredibly professional job and charged a very fair price. I had absolute confidence in him throughout the process. If you are looking for a plumber, look no further.

Pete replaced taps on a bathroom wash basin. I was really pleased with the finished job and definitely recommend him 100%, Pete is very friendly and I will certainly be using him again.

I have now called Pete in 3 or 4 times about my toilet and cistern. Each time he arrived when he said he would and did a good job for a very fair price. Above all he is a really friendly person who I would thoroughly recommend.

Peter responded mentioning that he cannot do the job before a certain date, about 3 weeks away. He was only one of the two who responded from about six I had contacted. He then quoted me a fair price and I agreed to his date. He turned up as promised to replace my central heating pump and also service the boiler. However, additional and unexpected problems arose of having to replace 2 pump valves, service the valve in overhead tank and also replace the motorised actuator selecting hot water and central heating. Everything that could go wrong did. Due to additional problems, he mentioned that it was one of the worst days he has had. Yet he never showed his frustration or left without sorting everything out. When it came to paying, he asked for a very very reasonable additional amount. Would highly recommend him and would indeed use him again. Pardon him if he does not respond quickly to messages.

We have used Pete for every plumbing job for the last 2 years. Always top quality work, arrives when arranged, leaves our home clean and tidy. Great price, great service.

Best thing I ever did was engaging Peter. Done 2 plumbing jobs for me now and booked for a 3rd. He did an absolutely brilliant job really thorough. Arrived when he said and worked really quickly despite the challenges he faced in my house. The price he charged was really reasonable I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I am nervous around people but his friendliness really put me at my ease.

Pete has completed four jobs over the past year for both me and my Dad. He has just installed a new boiler for me in a new location, two new radiators and all new rad valves. Can't fault Pete's work at all and happy for him to have spare key as I wasn't there all the time. He is very reliable and always does an excellent job, I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Pete came to fix our toilet and fit a new tap. He is reliable, we were let down by 2 previous plumbers. He was polite, friendly and did an excellent job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him and would have him return for future jobs.

Central heating failure. Mr Atkinson came same day, soon found the fault but didn't have part to hand. Arrived promptly next day and made repairs. Modest charge.

Pete came out to us within a few hours after we had discovered a burst water in our kitchen. He came and looked at the job free of charge. He then came back the next day to replace the damaged pipe and a few other bits while he was there. Great workmanship and a very VERY fair price. Top job :

We had an issue with our boiler, phoned Mr Atkinson around 9am, he had a busy schedule, but still found time to come and sort the problem later in the day. Very good service, I will definitely use him again.

Having put a screw through a water pipe, and given the time of the year and CV concerns, I was very impressed that Pete came out within 45 minutes of my call for help! He was very calm, professional and tidy and within the hour had fixed the problem. His charge rate was very reasonable. I would recommend this trader without any hesitation.

Mr Atkinson arrived at the agreed time, serviced our central heating system and checked the pressurised water system and gave us feedback on the work carried out and charged us a very fair price. I will be using him again next year and will be recommending to my friends and neighbours.
