Lloyd and Simon carried out a loft conversion on my house following plans drawn up by an architect exactly to our specification. They completed all the work to an excellent standard, this involved building work to the house to accommodate the change in our roof and the construction of a dormer. They were pleasant and polite throughout the 4 month build and caused minimal impact to the rest of the house. They were very clean and tidy. We also requested additional work during the build that was not originally quoted for which they managed to fit in within the timescales, this included fitting additional windows and fire doors which were not on the plan. I have absolutely no reservation in contracting with them again and always recommend them to friends and family. Great guys to have working for you. Thanks a million.

Highly recommend and appreciate the good work carried out. Lloyd and Simon have been carrying out major renovations over the last 6 months. Including removing walls, supporting steels, building walls and stone work. Remedial work. Kitchen, bathroom remodel, fitting windows and patio doors, plastering etc. They have a great can do attitude, and overcome issues in their stride. They completed each part of the project to a high standard with a good finish, even cleaning as they went. They are easy to have around, kept us informed at each stage, worked hard and steady keeping to time. They have a team of contacts including plumbers and electricians working to the same high standards. They are trustworthy and project managed and set things up for each stage .I am highly delighted with the finished project.

We had a new rear and side single story extension built and fitted by Pennine Property Services. Very high standard of work and quality finish. The whole project was managed seamlessly by Pennine. Any issues hardly any were dealt with quickly and professionally. Project cost was on budget. An outstanding company who are competitive on price but unwavering on quality. Organised, efficient and trustworthy. Made what should have been a stressful ordeal an enjoyable experience. Very highly recommended.

Pennine Property Services are fantastic, would highly recommend, the transformation to my kitchen is amazing, very helpful, reliable, friendly, reasonably priced, trustworthy and good workmanship, will definitely be booking more home improvements with these guys.

Lloyd and Simon are the nicest, most hard working and skilled individuals you are likely to meet. They recently refurbished most of our house, and in doing so they carried out work at an amazing rate and to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them, with any obstacles being effortlessly dealt with due to their craftsmanship and resourcefulness. There really isn't anything they can turn their hand to. Additionally, they always arrive on time, clean up at the end of the day, and keep you totally informed.

The sun room looks fantastic. Every item was to an excellent standard, and you were asked about things during the job that builders do to make the job look better.
