Lloyd and Jamie did a major refurb of my bathroom, replacing a bath with a walk in shower, retiling, and installing LVT flooring. Because I live in a converted barn there were a few plumbing problems that they had to sort out but they did a brilliant job to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the result and have already asked them to do a full overhaul of my on-suite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lloyd and Jamie did a comprehensive re-fit of our en-suite bathroom. They did an excellent job of fitting bathroom furniture, shower, tiling and flooring. The quality of their work is superb and nothing is too much trouble. They are very tidy workers and leave the job clean and tidy every night.

Known through recommendation and trial Jamie serviced our old back boiler and gas fire for many years , hence having Jamie and his dad Lloyd to install a new central heating boiler and fireplace. Superb workmanship, done cleanly and efficiently - in a Covid secure and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic!

Jamie did a very good job for us, he came on time, kept a good space, and wore a face-covering throughout, he laid out floor coverings to protect our carpets and took off his shoes when he arrived. A very tidy and efficient tradesman. We certainly will use him again for our next plumbing or heating work, well done and a fair price.

Lloyd Grocutt performed a very good installation of a bathroom. He performed the task well with the minimum of disruption, was reliable and trustworthy and as an added bonus was able to complete the installation before the original completion date. Lloyd and Jamie were very pleasant and efficient, always ready to ask what I wanted, suggest solutions to problems and discuss the options. They found a way to extend the space under the stairs to fit in a toilet and washbasin and moved or hide all the pipes etc. that had run through the cupboard. They added a walk in shower to the bathroom and replaced all the other fittings. Lloyd co-ordinated delivery and sorted any snags. I am very pleased that my house now has the facilities I've always wanted.

Grocutt Heating and Plumbing were recommended by a friend. They completed an excellent job on my en-suite with expert craftsmanship. They contacted me whenever they needed to keep me in the loop, and I was particularly pleased with the way they kept my house as clean as possible, with dustsheets etc. They even hoovered up every night before they left! They solved any issue for me as it arose, and kept the entire process as stress free for the customer as it could possibly be. A lovely, conscientious and trustworthy pair of lads who I would absolutely 100% recommend to anyone. Also, more than happy with their price, which they quoted at the beginning and didn't even raise when the job took longer than they originally thought, due to the late arrival of my tiles. Fabulous work and I am thrilled with the results.
