Darren was brilliant. He explained the testing process, and went through requirements that I didn't know about before. Truly he is knowledgeable, professional, open and honest but delivered everything in a really friendly way. He sorted my queries, survey and certificates within 30 hours of my first email - which is quite incredible service. My wife and I are so impressed with Crystal Environmental, and are really grateful to them.

Asbestos testing for some vermiculite loft insulation. Quick response for coming out to collect samples and turnaround for results/ certificate were as quoted. Price quoted was really competitive compared to others as well. Service was great and would highly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Wasn't sure what to expect having never had to deal with this sort of thing before but they made it so easy. Went out of their way to accommodate my wishes when removing asbestos sheets from dismantled old shed. Can't recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from this company. I was concerned about the possibility of asbestos in aertexed bathroom ceiling and walls in my home. Jason was very helpful and reassuring. He came the next day to take test samples and then phoned me 2 days later with the results: no asbestos detected. I now know I can safely work on bathroom redecoration. I was delighted with the quality of work, the speedy response of the company and the personable approach taken. Very highly recommended.

I wondered if an Ilkeston firm was the best solution for a survey in Glossop but they responded to my enquiry and others nearer didn't. Survey of Artex ceiling for presence of asbestos carried out the following day [all part of a house sale] and results from the lab with certificate the day after. Thank you.
I used Crystal Environmental to remove an asbestos garage roof from my garage. I dealt with Jason to arrange the removal. The two men who came to remove the roof were very courteous, efficient and tidy. Following the removal, Jason sent me a copy of the 'hazardous waste consignment certificate'. We identified an issue with asbestos in the boiler house at the Church Hall and Crystal Environmental Services were one of a number of companies that we contacted.
