This was the second time we had asked Chris Robinson to fit carpets at our house and he was superb both times.

Chris delivers a wide range of samples for us to consider at home and always arrives exactly when he said he will. We wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommended.
We have, for a decade or more, engaged 'Carpet Chris' to supply, fit and clean all the carpets and vinyl's throughout our home. The wonderful services he provides are second to none and he responds to all our calls for Floor Covering services extremely quickly. It a pleasure to have 'Carpet Chris' come to our home. Oops? forgot to mention there is one problem; He only drinks 3 mugs of tea through out his working day which is embarrassing for my wife and I. We are a dozen or so 'tea mugs a day' addicts?.

Very good communication - messages always answered promptly. Every appointment kept on time. Very wide choice of carpets at all qualities and prices, advice given but absolutely no pressure to buy, and sample books left with us for time to choose and consider our options in our own time. Chris was very flexible over delivery and fitting dates, as these were complicated by building works in our house - he couldn't have been more co-operative. We felt completely safe leaving him alone in the house while he was fitting, as we had to be elsewhere. The final result was excellent, the whole transaction stress-free, and we are very satisfied customers. It was the first time we had used Chris, chosen from TT on account of his excellent reviews, and we shall definitely be using him again this autumn. We highly recommend him. Very good service.

Have used Chris before following recommendation from our bathroom fitter. Gives you plenty of samples to choose from and his pricing is very reasonable. Does a great job, no complaints at all. During the current coronavirus pandemic, he wore a mask when he arrived and was moving through the house, and he works quickly and cleanly. Would very happily use Chris again.
