I contacted Colin because of the good reviews on Trusted Trader, and I was just as satisfied as his previous customers. Colin is knowledgeable and friendly, he responded quickly to my messages, he called back and then arrived exactly when he said he would. He serviced our alarm system with no fuss, and made sure everything was working correctly and showed me how to use some different functions before he left. All very efficient and at a good price. I will definitely use Colin again in future.
Colin arranged to come and assess a problem I had with my alarm sensors. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Explained step by step with me and made sure that everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommended and hope to use his services again.

I contacted Colin on behalf of an elderly friend, who was recommended to contact Colin via the Derby Police as a reputable company to fit CCTV for her. I contacted Colin who was very helpful and attentive. He communicated with myself throughout the process and met with my friend to discuss the work involved. She chose Colin from 3 different companies due to his honest, careful and helpful manner, the price and time taken to complete the job in hand. He even returned to help her go through the instructions again as it was too much for her to download the manual. Colin duly reassured her and helped her with the instructions required. He will also follow through with maintenance and service of the CCTV in the coming years. Very happy with Colin's work and integrity throughout the whole process. We would both highly recommend him for any work he specialises in and a more personal service than a larger company.
Rang Colin with an alarm problem at 0830, he attended at lunchtime and found the fault replacing the battery. His charges are extremely reasonable and I will be booking him to regularly service my system. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Batteries needed replacing in our alarm system that Colin fitted for us a few years ago. Contacted Colin he was able to talk me through turning off the annoying beeping sound till he could schedule a visit, work carried out promptly and we are very happy with the service Colin gave us.

We called Colin after our CCTV system had stopped recording. Colin responded quickly and arrived on time. A diagnostic process was carried out, the problem identified resulting in a new hard drive being fitted which Colin happened to have to hand. Called Colin at 10am and was immediately impressed by his friendly telephone manner. Fortunately for me he was working in my area and was able to respond within 2 hours. My alarm system had failed due to a fault on the keypad but Colin quickly set about putting things right. The keypad was able to be repaired rather than replaced and as I already knew a new battery was required it was replaced at the same time.
