Batteries needed replacing in our alarm system that Colin fitted for us a few years ago. Contacted Colin he was able to talk me through turning off the annoying beeping sound till he could schedule a visit, work carried out promptly and we are very happy with the service Colin gave us.

Called Colin at 10am and was immediately impressed by his friendly telephone manner. Fortunately for me he was working in my area and was able to respond within 2 hours. My alarm system had failed due to a fault on the keypad but Colin quickly set about putting things right. The keypad was able to be repaired rather than replaced and as I already knew a new battery was required it was replaced at the same time.
