Work done fairly well. Only minor niggle was that the guys went off without getting us to sign the promised satisfaction note or speaking to us. There had been one tree that we had wanted them to do a little minor trimming.

Have had my tree cut several times by different people, but these really did deliver as promised and gave it a really good trim, taking off big branches as promised. We were introduced to Andy and his company through Swanwick Parish Council and after first making our monolith of a tree safe they returned and veteranized it to make it even safe for everybody. I was impressed with the team when observing them pruning and cutting down trees in the large copse next to my property so I asked Andy for a quotation to prune and lower the crowns of the trees in my back garden. A professional quotation quickly arrived. My back garden is in a conservation area, Andy attended to the legal requirements but unfortunately by the time this was done the work was delayed by COVID-19. The work was re-arranged for October 2020 and was completed very efficiently, at the specified time, with all the brash quickly removed leaving my garden neat and tidy. I cannot recommend AA Tree Surgeons highly enough and they certainly will be back for further tree and hedge pruning.

Andy gave excellent advice on our many mature trees around the garden. Only identified one as in need to pruning. Andy and Ellis made a magnificent job of our very mature cherry tree. She was in danger of splitting due to the growth pattern. Now substantially reduced she's still massive and gorgeous. Very nice guys to have around they sorted out the logs for us and chipped heaps for us to use around the garden. Cleaned up properly after too. 5 stars.

This is the third time we have used AA Tree Surgeons. As usual they were efficient, polite, easy to talk to and asked us to view their work before they left. We had to have a large Ash removed due to die back and they removed the tree and stump with no problems. Other firms we talked to said it was impossible to get a stump grinder up to the tree as it had to go up over a 4 foot sleeper wall but AA did it with no trouble at all - and their quote was the same as the other firm who just quoted for the tree removal.
