The pre-work assessment was clear and professional, with a price quoted whilst on site which was fair and reasonable for the work involved. Advance notice was provided and the team arrived on time as arranged. A clear plan of action was explained. The work was carried out safely, efficiently and expertly, with full cooperation. The work area was left tidy and clean. No payment was called for until the work had been completed to our satisfaction. An invoice was sent by email. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any tree surgery.

Excellent work and customer service yet again by Andrew and his team. They offer a very professional and friendly service at a very reasonable price. The work involved the crown deduction of a large tulip tree for a second time - Reducing the height and spread of the tree to previous points. The work was carried out on time and took only one day, which included clearing up and taking away all leaves and branches.I would not hesitate in using them for any tree work again.

Work done fairly well. Only minor niggle was that the guys went off without getting us to sign the promised satisfaction note or speaking to us. There had been one tree that we had wanted them to do a little minor trimming.

Have had my tree cut several times by different people, but these really did deliver as promised and gave it a really good trim, taking off big branches as promised.
