Rob completely rebuilt our porch and also converted a cloakroom so we could have a walk in shower. He is a careful, tidy and very competent craftsman who took over the entire organisation of materials, sub-contractors etc. so we had nothing to worry about ourselves. All the sub-contractors that he used conformed to his own high standards and were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Rob is punctual, hard-working and totally reliable. He is also extremely considerate; for example, we had ample warning of any occasion that the power or water would be cut off and this was kept to an absolute minimum. I was amazed how little disruption was caused; much appreciated, as my husband is disabled. We would not hesitate to ask Rob to undertake any future work that we need doing.
