We repair windows and doors and conservatories. Sometimes when something breaks you need someone who knows what they are doing to mend it. Sometimes you need a proper Geek. We know the industry, the manufacturers and suppliers within the industry and if anyone can fix it, we can. Perhaps more than that, you need someone who actually wants to fix it. We do. And better than that - we will not be beaten on quality, service or price.

Gary replaced 20 window units in our house and repaired a French Door that wasn't closing for a fair price for the whole job. Recommended to us by a friend, we had 7 misted windows replaced by Geeks Window Repairs and were very pleased with the service we received. I called Geeks Window Repairs as I needed a misted DG panel replacing. The lady I spoke to was great and gave me a day and time when the job would be inspected. As promised this happened spot on time, measurements were taken and a quotation and timeframe was issued. I was then contacted with a fixed date and time for installation. I can only describe the whole experience as being completely seamless and value for money. Many thanks Geeks, you are definitely my go to company!

Gary arrived as promised to quote and we arranged a date to fit 4 new panes. He was such a good fitter. Arrived and fitted the window panes in 40 minutes. Is a pleasure to recommend him . He doesn't overcharge and has saved us a fortune as we were thinking we may be should just replace the windows, but with Gary's help we hope to get a few more years out of our windows.

We had a badly misted window in our conservatory. We checked in the Hilton Directory and saw an advert for Geeks Window Repairs. Our neighbour who also had the same problem as us had used Geeks Window Repairs and was really pleased with their promptness and work. I rang them to come and give us a price for the work. Two weeks passed from when we got the estimate, to today when the work was completed. Extremely pleased with everything about the company. We had 5 units that needed replacing, they came and measured up meticulously including the lead on the panes, ordered what we needed and a few weeks later installed them in under 30 minutes. Terrible service today 30/11/2020. pound280.00 later and we have ended up with chipped bathroom tiles, rubbish all across the back garden. I was not made aware of these issues until I went upstairs to tidy up the mess. I telephone the office to make a complaint to get a rude and defensive response and no offer of any money back in return for the damage. We have 7 other windows that need doing however I will not be using this company again. Very disappointed and upset.'' TRADER'S REPLY: We arrived on time, we carried out more than the originally requested work, by agreement with yourself, at no additional cost. On completion we asked you to check that everything was satisfactory and you responded that it was. During the repairs, by accident, an electric screwdriver was knocked over in the bathroom. I did not believe that it had caused any damage but did not closely inspect the area where it had fallen. Had I been aware or if it was brought to my attention, I would have looked to remedy it. The required work was not as originally described, as a repair had already been attempted and not completed. The works therefore were more involved and time consuming. The windows had to be deglazed and removed so that the frame could be machined to allow for replacement parts. By rubbish in the garden, I can only assume that you were referring to the plastic spacer that I had not seen. Checking the weather for 30 November does say it was windy so I would suggest that anything other than a spacer was not of our doing. By the mess upstairs I assume you are referring to the various nuts bolts and bits of metal that you had previously used in your attempt to close the windows. They were not mine so I did not remove them when I left. I firmly believe that any of our past 8,000 clients know how genuine we are and will judge this situation for themselves and that our future clients have the foresight to do the same.
From start to finish we received nothing but good service, from booking initial appointment to having windows fitted and one window fixed. Polite and professional at all times and Covid aware. Cannot fault geeks window repairs at all.
