Mr Hawkins arrived on time, he was very thorough, he quickly identified and sorted out the heating problem. I would use his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Mr. Hawkins did few jobs for us in the last few years carpentry and plumbing a couple of days ago he did another one, this time dishwasher installation plus plumbing issue. He is very kind, considerate and respectful man, did the jobs well and never overcharged us. We can recommend him to anyone.

After calling other plumbers who did not ring me back or made an appointment and failed to turn up I was impressed that Mr Hawkins returned my call within 3hrs and came the very next morning and spent time making sure my leaking toilet was secure before he left. Very punctual and polite, and conveniently able to pay him with a bank card. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond what was expected with our third request, emailing supplier in his own time re faulty thermostat. He could quite easily have just said the thermostat was irreparable and needed replacing but he emailed the supplier in his own time and got a cost-free solution. All round very professional. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
