Chris attended to a problem that was caused by another roofer. Despite the seriousness of the issue, he calmly explained how he was going to rectify the damage, and basically just got on with it in a confident and professional way, helping us to restore our [lost] faith in contractors. We highly recommend this team.
Chris's team gave my house a new roof and they did a fantastic job. They worked for 3 days in the freezing cold. They took away all the old roof and swept up afterwards. The price was very fair and we are more than satisfied. Would absolutely recommend them.
Chris came out on a Sunday and fixed a frozen and leaking pipe for me in an emergency. He is very efficient, courteous and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Chris was due to come on Sat 27th Nov when we had the snow. Didn't expect him to come out in that weather but as soon as it cleared in the afternoon he was there as promised. Found and fixed the problem straight away. Great job a massive worry off my mind for Xmas. Thanks Chris.
Chris Nickisson came this morning 13/12/21. I had a leak in my roof. Chris investigated and showed me photo's of the problems on my roof. We agreed a price and he came back and did the repairs about an hour later. Great job done. I am going to use him again when needed. I will recommend him to anyone. Chris is an honest guy that will do a good job.

Chris came out and identified the problem right away, he was able to give a general price right away and give a timeframe for the work to be done, the job was done by Chris's son in just a few hours and at the time of writing this the problem seems to have been solved, very happy with the work done and will use again if any other work needs doing.
Nick responded quickly to my enquiry and fixed the broken slates on my roof the following day, in a professional and efficient manner.
Had leak on bedroom bay window. Mr Nickisson came to view 12.30 to assess the problem. His staff appeared 2.30 same day. The problem was rectified. Prompt attention, good polite workmanship. Certainly recommend this local company.
We developed a leak round the flashing on the chimney. Chris called round straight away to have a look, this was on a Friday, he came first thing Monday morning to fix it, and he fixed a few loose slates as well, really pleased. Very efficient, I would certainly have him again if I needed any work doing.
The tradesman was very competent and knowledgeable, I would put his ability forward to anyone, I think he could have shaved the cost a little, as I did not charge him for builders tea!! PS my age 64-86
Chris gave a sensible quote for our kitchen extension and carried out the work in a very professional and considerate manner. We were extremely pleased with the positive, cheerful way he approached the task, and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work, which often went way beyond our expectations. He was very understanding of our needs, and gave excellent advice throughout. Despite the difficulties caused by Covid-19, Chris and his team persevered until the lack of materials made a temporary halt inevitable. Chris doesn't cut corners, but gives great value for money, and has bags of experience in doing this work which he admits he loves doing . We rate him very highly and thoroughly recommend him.
The builder Chris Nickisson did a professional repair on the open mortar against flashing damage on our garage roof where it joined the house. We emailed him in the morning, he gave us a call a few hours later to arrange a viewing, we agreed a fair price for the work, and the job was completed that afternoon. We have no hesitation in recommending this tradesman.
Having completed roof work on my parent's house, I was advised to contact him for help in identifying where the leak was and how to rectify it. Chris responded to our enquiry very quickly and soon fixed the problem. He was very friendly and informative.
Chris undertook some tricky brickwork in the loft space. The work was completed within days of making contact. Chris explained everything thoroughly and took photographs of his completed work. I wouldn't hesitate in using him again.
I rang Chris the day before to ask to look at a loose fitting slate on my roof, recently caused by the strong winds. Chris stated he would be with me the next day at 08.00, he arrived on time and got straight on to the job in question. Plumber C Nickisson had to return to fully complete job as there was a hitch he did not spot 1st time. I was charged extra.
Chris fixed a leak in our roof around the chimney stack. He responded quickly to our initial call and arranged everything including the putting up of scaffolding. He and his team were friendly and efficient. We highly recommend him and will use him again ourselves.
