Darren provided me with an outstanding job when removing a wall for an open plan kitchen/dining room. The price was reasonable and the work was fantastic. He found the rafters in the ceiling below our bathroom had rotted due to a slow leak, the damage was awful. Darren was able to repair this which was a huge relief. When bricking up the side door, he was able to blend the new bricks to the existing to ensure a perfect aesthetic fit. When deciding on having a downstairs wet room and porch we knew Darren was the only person who we trusted to do the work. I made a few changes throughout and Darren was very helpful with ideas and suggestions. The materials he used came from our local building merchants so we knew the quality was there. We continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Brilliant from start to finish. We had Darren do work in our kitchen 12 years ago and no question we were going to use him for our extension. It wasn't straight forward due to complex ground work but it was dealt with, with excellent knowledge and ability. All work completed to a very high standard, excellent attention to detail. Darren is a true professional. Arriving on time, he worked tirelessly all day. It was raining the day the work was done and Darren was considerate to lay protective cover on my flooring so it would stay dry and dirt free. Darren had made sure he had picked up all the supplies he needed for the job before he arrived and worked continuously until the job was completed as he knew I needed the job completing quickly. When the job was completed, he cleaned up after himself as if he had never been there. The job was done to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the work that has been done. Darren was polite and friendly and checked with me regularly regarding my preferences for the job. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone. A reliable professional.

Darren came out twice. Once to find a roof leak which was coming through in my kitchen. He then came back 2 weeks later and fixed the hole very quickly before the second storm in 2 weeks arrived!! All round excellent service - have already recommended to friends and neighbours. Thank you so much Darren.

Probably the worst Builder around here. Cuts corners, uses sub standard materials and has no attention to detail.

Darren at Gbuild has just completed a one storey extension to replace a conservatory. His quoted price was very fair, and the quote contained all the build stage details and costs. Darren discussed options for roof light, and mentioned lanterns, which was a superb idea. His work is of a very high standard, and keeps mess to a minimum. He turns up when he says he will and puts in a full days work. We now have a lovely bright spacious extension with a great roofing feature. I would strongly recommend Darren of Gbuild for all aspects of construction.

We got GBuild to quote for a single story back and side extension which doubles the foot print of the house. Their price was the best and it still came in on budget over a year after quoting. Darren works very hard to get the project done on time and on budget. Excellent build quality, would highly recommend.

Have had two jobs done by GBuild now, a bedroom extension and a quick ceiling re-board and plaster. Both jobs brilliantly done. The extension has transformed a small box room into something completely different. Quality and workmanship is excellent, clean and tidy working. Friendly and easy to get on with, keeping us updated with the schedule. Staged payments based on materials and work done. Would recommend G Build.
