Daniel Phillips Construction are the most professional and customer orientated building company I have ever used, all aspects of their work is first rate. Always leave the workplace clean and tidy. Their tradesmen are professional and polite. You are kept updated all the way through the project. The finish is exceptional. I have used Daniel and his team before and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you for our kitchen/dining area with Bi-fold doors, its amazing.

We can not praise Dan Phillips Construction enough. From helping getting plans drawn up to numerous steels being placed to me adding things onto the build here and there nothing was ever a problem with Dan and his team. Once Dan set his price that never changed which helped us relax without the worry of the price going up and up. Being a family of six Dan's team always made sure we had a working washer and dryer each night and that consideration just eased the process for us immensely. Dan's lads are hard working not stopping during the unbearable heat this summer and working over to make sure we had a working kitchen as soon as possible. I am astounded by the thoughtfulness and cleanliness of this team. Even the neighbours could not believe how clean he was! Thanks for making our house amazing!

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish giving his honest opinion of what we were initially planning to do. Daniel worked with us to utilise the space we had and have transformed our house to a home. The whole team were friendly came when they said and worked very hard, tidying up before they left every evening. Our young boys loved watching them work and talk about the builders all the time. I have already recommended Daniel and his team to numerous people as I know they will get the best possible service. We will definitely use them for the next project!!!

Absolutely stunning job on our single storey rear extension and internal reconfiguration. Seamlessly planned from start to finish. Quality workmanship with attention to the smallest detail. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel, he genuinely cares about every single detail on the job and gives it the personal touch. Dan and his whole team are extremely professional from quotes to finish. Dan and his team have battled my aging bungalow roof, fitted soffits and fascias after removing the old wooden eaves and came to the rescue following a fence dilemma!! Every time they have been as professional as you could ever want. Arriving on time and always leaving the place clean and tidy. They also take the time to explain everything to you, from costing to step by step instructions on the work and what it will entail. I would go to this team first every time.

We decided on an internal house project early 2019, knocking down walls to create an open plan living/kitchen area. As Daniel had completed work for 2 other friends of ours, he came highly recommended and we decided to use Daniel for our project. At every stage of the project, Daniel went into great lengths of detail to ensure the job was exactly as we expected, and kept to the quoted costs. The workmanship of Daniel's team is second to none; how clean they leave the site every day is unbelievable considering the amount of construction that was taking place. Even our neighbours had commented on how nice all of the lads were to have around with no issues whatsoever. Delivering the project on the correct timescale was another massive plus. Overall, we would highly recommend Daniel and his team. We will definitely be using them again for any work in the future.

We used Danny for a previous job so when it came to our house extension, DPC was our first choice. From the initial quote to the final completion, Danny was highly organised, thorough and professional. Have used Daniel and his team for smaller jobs in the past so we already knew his work was of a high standard and his team were trustworthy to be left in the house whilst we were at work. In April Daniel took on a major just under 5 weeks renovation pr oject in our house which involved knocking down a supporting wall, blocking up windows and doors, installing a new kitchen and installing oak bifold internal doors. Although it was a messy job Daniel and his team tried to keep the mess contained and left the house as clean as possible every night. They worked weekends and late evenings to get the job done. At the end of the project his team did a really good clean of the downstairs of the property even the room they hadn't been working on which we di dn't expect. When a couple of minor snagging problems appeared a couple of months after the work was complete Daniel came back to sort. Would highly recommend.
