Paul from PLS Windows replaced my windows and front door a few years ago. We had a few quotes from various window companies but I was fed up with the stupid 'you have to sign here today or the price will increase by 20% tomorrow' sales patter, so Paul's straight talking, experience and more than competitive pricing, he was considerably cheaper than the other quotes won him my business. The fitting of the windows/door and the quality of both were exceptional. We recently moved house, and again Paul has fitted new windows and a front door with the same quality of products, fitting and competitive pricing as before. All of his work comes with a 10 year FENSA guarantee and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I used PLS Windows to replace all my windows - excellent service and communication from start to finish. All work completed in less than a week, any mess was tidied at the end of each day and there was minimal disruption. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul arrived early every day and didn't stop until he finished at the end of the day. The price was very reasonable less than I expected, was agreed prior to the work starting and there were no surprise hidden costs, what you're quoted is what you pay. Overall, I was extremely impressed with everything about PLS Windows Ltd and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or highly recommend to others.

Paul replaced four double glazing units at my house that had become misted. Paul did a brilliant job at a very reasonable price. He was friendly and communicated well throughout the whole progress. Had Paul in to replace 3 blown double glazed window panes. He was very friendly and provided a great service. Finished up replacing all the old panes in the house for more efficient ones. Would definitely recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Paul made a thorough assessment of the work we needed doing and came up with a solution, without any attempt at a 'hard sell' or suggesting that we needed replacement windows. PLS Windows came to my house at very short notice when I had an accident making my home insecure. He promptly boarded up the window giving me peace of mind and ordered the appropriate replacement required. Exceptional service at such a good price.
