Daniel was professional, polite, pleasant, looked at the problem, Television and Sky dish not working then explained what the problem was, what was required to fix it and the cost. He then did the job well and I'm very satisfied. I had in the past had bad experiences with 2 different well known TV and Sky Traders in Glossop and was very apprehensive therefore decided to try Trusted Traders. I shall definitely use them again.
Our current aerial was becoming unreliable and then suddenly packed in. Daniel was able to check it out the same day and identify the likely cause of the problem. He was able to come on the following Monday it being a Friday to sort it out. He replaced the aerial with a new one with a booster and new cables, the old system was in pretty bad condition, all for a very reasonable price, and we have the best reception we've ever had. Conscientious, pleasant and good workmanship.
Dan was prompt replying to my query and setting a date and time to look at the problem with my TV reception. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was able to discover the cause of my missing channels. It was not a straightforward job to rectify the problem, but Dan was up to the challenge! He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful young man. I shall definitely use him again when necessary and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Daniel was prompt in coming to give me a quote for fixing my TV on the wall, he sourced the parts needed and within a few days the installation was complete.
