Ian turned up within 20 minutes of my call and fitted the lock straight away. He was fantastic and I would highly recommend. He even cut extra keys for us which was amazing.
Ian is a great locksmith, very skilled, caring and considerate. When my door would not lock properly I contacted him on email and explained and he immediately agreed to come and take a look. He attended my home as agreed, even ringing to advise of his arrival time. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was very sensitive as I'm still careful about COVID and the cost was very reasonable. I'd definitely engage Ian to work in my home again and recommend him to friends/family too! I recently had some emergency work completed at home by Hawkins Locksmith. Ian was simply brilliant, despite this being a difficult time for us, due to shielding and for him - deciding what is urgent and safe work for him to complete, he came promptly and was very thorough, kind and considerate. Whilst I agree the NHS and other key workers are all Hero's in these difficult times, Ian definitely rescued two damsels in distress and made sure our home was secure - a true hero, thank-you! I would not hesitate to ask Ian for his help again, or to recommend him to others!
