*Customer Feedback* He left my guttering all cut short and the end caps not even fitted on so he put a screw to hold it in place - I had eave protectors fitted - he used 2 different types that didn't slot together / didn't go to the end of the roof so water would still be running in my house / didn't overlap by the minimum requirements and not even screwed down - on the front of the property he hadn't even lifted the tiles so just slotted them on top of my felt - Really bad job and was paid a good amount and won't pay for the amount it has cost me to have the job put right! *Traders Reply* While I was doing this job, this lady decided to climb up and start altering the guttering herself, pulling it out of place. I had to tell her to stop but she refused and tampered with the guttering and wouldn't let me fix it in the correct position. The guttering was not cut by myself and I fit it correctly until she altered it. She did contact me later and I offered to go back to hers and have a look but unfortunately she didn't give me chance to get back due to my other work commitments that I was already working on and get somebody else in. Unfortunately she has tampered with it and she has obviously broke it. I have been doing this type of work for many years and I'm very experienced in what I do and will always do it to a high standard (as my many trusted traders reviews will state)

Allen is trustworthy and a great craftsman. Made a beautiful job of a 250 year old roof at my house. Could not recommend him more highly.

Allen came when he said he would and charged a very reasonable price to repoint the chimney and replace the damaged guttering. Good communication, responds promptly to emails.

Despite it being a holiday period Allen arranged to visit the following day. I had noticed a stain on my ceiling and realized that a couple of the roof tiles were damaged. He fixed the problem within about half an hour despite the weather. A relatively small problem but left alone it could have caused so much more damage. I will certainly use him again.

Allen repaired a leaking roof for us when we had despaired of ever finding a reliable roofer. He did the job when he said he would, charged a fair price, and cleaned up after him. After a few months and several heavy storms we can now be satisfied that he did a good job. We contacted many listed roofers, most of whom did not respond at all, or turned up to give an estimate and never followed through, and in one case charged us for the job and then refused to respond when his efforts were found to be completely useless. Allen has restored our faith in the roofing industry.

Very prompt in replying to my request for a repair to be done to my roof. Allen visited the next day and carried out the required work there and then. Couldn't ask for a better service. The charges were very reasonable. I know where to go for any future roof problems now.

Quick to get back to me and come and view work. Very competitive price. Reliable and neat and tidy when completing work, repointing ridge tiles and gable end. Allen is coming back to complete another small job.
