Reg and Jamie turned up on time. They were very pleasant and polite throughout and courteously introduced themselves on arrival. They worked extremely hard on our chimney repair and showed me photographs of the work explaining everything. The work looks extremely skilled and professional, and I have no doubt that they've sorted our problems out to a very high standard. They checked the other concerns I had re our chimney pot and gutters. They cleared up at the end of the job. Stephen managed to book us in not long after coming to take a look. I'm very happy that SPH/Reg and Jamie have done the work for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.
