During our initial telephone conversation in the morning, Mark was very precise in the questions he asked to ascertain the problem with our door. He was also very clear about the potential cost of the repair. He let us know time of arrival beforehand and turned up bang on time in the afternoon of the same day. He quickly diagnosed the faults with the locking system and carried out the work with the utmost skill and expertise. Mark was very eager to explain what he was doing and the reasons behind it - which I appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend this company for problems with UPVC doors.

Mark came out and did a security review of all 3 external doors. The conservatory had a knack to open but mark sorted that without the need for a new lock. The back door had good enough security so just needed spare keys and the front door had a faulty deadlock that was temperamental so Mark fitted a new high security deadlock. Overall very impressed that Mark didn't do any unnecessary work and the work he did do was to a very high standard and at a fair price. Overall very happy.
Mark and his team were great, honest and professional. They couldn't do enough for us and are always on hand for any questions and help. Would highly recommend them and I have to family and friends.
