I had a packing service and house move with DW Removals. Exceptional service given by David and his team. I recommend this company highly.
Dave and the team recently moved my mums belongings from Lincoln to Derby. Their service was second to none and every care and consideration was given to us to make it a great experience for our family. Nothing was too much trouble and when we changed our minds a few times about where to put furniture, Dave was more than happy to move it! I can highly recommend their service to anyone who wants to ensure that their move is done right with professionalism and great care.

David was very patient and on hand for advice through a stressful moving process with delays in the chain. On moving day the stress was no more. Two lovely removal staff did a remarkable job and were so very friendly and professional. I have to give a big thank you to David. Not only was he there for advice but also helped me through some dark days with the stress over the move. A lovely gentleman.

I recently used DW Removals of Derby for a house move and was very pleased with the service. The 3 man team Wayne, Baz and Ady arrived on time and they were all very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I had a stress free day. I later received a follow up email to check that I was completely happy with the service provided. David was so professional and kind. He gave me great advice, I had a few queries and he went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his suggestions. He was very responsive and also sincere and genuine. He really is the best, which is why you will only find five star reviews here.
Team of 3 who arrived bang on time, which is what you want on such a stressful day! Got everything moved out and then into our new home without any issues. On the day of service, the removal team arrived to the property promptly, and did a quick assessment before starting to move my stuff into the van. Throughout the move, they were very professional and friendly. I even changed my mind about leaving dismantled double canvas wardrobe to wanting to take it to the new place, again, no problem! The apartment I moved to, is on a second floor with no lift, but they worked so efficiently and professionally! Prior to booking the service, I checked the company including the Google review, Derby Council business check etc., and the team just surpassed all my expectation. Absolutely brilliant, they checked in with me through out with what items needed moving and to which room etc. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and will most definitely be using their service again for my next move. Hopefully, won't be for a while!
I would highly recommend David and his team from DW Removals. They did an excellent job for me when I moved last week. They were easy to communicate with, friendly yet professional, nothing was too much trouble for them and a reasonable price. They put me at ease from the first time I contacted them. Both me and my wife had a great service from the local company DW Removals of Derby on a house removal. We were both extremely satisfied with the service provided. The staff were very polite and strong and took very good care of our items.
This is an absolutely brilliant company! They helped me with a move and storage last year also and they helped with an even bigger move this year and were so cooperative and willing to store things for a much shorter period than any other company would allow. But more than the success of the move, their service is absolutely second to none, from booking to the day of the move, they are so, so friendly, patient and extremely efficient, which really helped keep the cost down being students. I felt completely reassured the entire time about the care and attention they were putting in whilst being so enthusiastic through the whole process, taking so much stress away from the move. I am so happy to have found them to help with two of my university moves and I hope they continue to do really well in the future.
I moved for the first time in 29 years. I never knew the moving game is so stressful with solicitors taking so long with paperwork. I will not be moving again, however, DW Removals and David's team were in a class of their own. Absolutely perfect. Moving day was completely stress free. These guys know what they are doing. Nothing was too much for them throughout the move and up to the move David was always on hand to answer any questions. I am no easy customer as I stress easily. David was just not my mover but my counsellor helping me through the awful stress that the moving chain provided me. I can not express my thanks to this lovely firm and a owner that has a heart of gold.

We would definitely give DW Removals 5 stars. Right from the initial contact with David and explaining our situation he took the time and trouble to help us with a solution. On arriving to collect for storage David and Wayne were both courteous and polite and handled all items with care. When delivery took place and after travelling since 5.30am for 200 miles they arrived and found they had to manually carry everything up 3 floors 42 steps. David, Wayne and Sarah took it all in their stride and just carried on as if it did not phase them. The whole job took over 3 hours and they never wavered. It has been a delight to have them do our removals and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I'm not one for leaving reviews but this is an exception. The service provided by DW Removals was second to none. I could not have asked for a better service. Completely stress free. Amazing company! Polite, friendly and ridiculously helpful. We moved as soon as the government said we could, so it was all very stressful and worrying. They were so organised and calm that it made the move much easier. They even sang happy birthday to my daughter and husband. Excellent customer care.

A huge thank you to Dave and Wayne for making my move so easy, smooth and totally hassle free. The 200 word limit doesn't allow me to really say how amazing these guys are. They are honest, polite hard working, considerate and more than happy to move things around. I had bought a mattress plastic cover from an online seller, when it arrived it was a 4foot 6 bag. Have you ever tried to get a king size mattress into a cover for a double?? I called to advise - no problem, they would be happy to bring one the following day where I could then pay. I cannot speak highly enough of DW Removals. Maybe not the cheapest but if you want peace of mind and satisfaction of a job well done - why go elsewhere. Thank you so much guys you made it so easy for me on the day and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I must say what a wonderful company and a pleasure to deal with David. Our move is on hold due to lockdown. However, the advice and reassurance has been a big blessing for me and my wife. David is always available to answer any questions but most of all a pleasure to talk to.
