Priority Stairlifts provided swift and courteous service. Sarah responded immediately to our request for a quote. She measured up and explained the options. We agreed to buy a reconditioned model and it was installed the next day. The installer explained clearly how it worked and how to get in touch if we had any problems. The price was very reasonable. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

I would recommend priority stairlifts to anyone for the excellent service they provided for my mother. Very friendly, pleasant and fair prices. From the measurements being taken to the installation the work was outstanding and faultless.
On Sunday the 5th Sept our chair broke down, at Approx 2:30pm. Called Priority and explained my wife's total dependence on it for upstairs toilet visits. They rang us back one hour later and said they would do a replacement stairlift on Monday the 6th Sept, and they did!! Replacement done!! They ensured my wife was able to use it and they cleaned up before leaving, can't thank them enough.

Excellent and professional service, Sarah puts you at ease and is very COVID aware by wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance. She is very personable and knowledgeable. The measurements were taken and quote provided on Tuesday and the stairlift was fit ted very efficiently on Thursday of the same week. Exceptional service and would definitely recommend.
