Very professional, absolute attention to detail, courteous at all times. Clean and tidy, first class workmanship, highly recommended.
I used S41 for an extension including a kitchen, utility room, downstairs wet room and two patios, also combining existing bathroom and toilet. S41 were brilliant - their level of professionalism and attention to detail was superb - besides the fact that they are really lovely people. I felt very comfortable with them and felt they were totally trustworthy. What they quoted for, was what I paid - apart from agreed extras. Apart from a small deposit, I paid for work retrospectively. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting building work. They turned up on time and worked extremely hard all day. Any specialists they brought in , electrician, plasterers, renderers were all excellent and any issues with deliveries were swiftly dealt with by the team. The attention to detail was superb and they were able to think outside of the box, they came up with some excellent ideas and nothing was too much for them. I was concerned as this was the first building work I had done and had heard several disaster stories, but I did not need to be worried with S41. I would thoroughly recommend them and would certainly use them for any future work. An excellent team.
This is the 2nd time we have used S41 Developments for garden landscaping work carrying out work to make it more suitable for a disabled person. On both occasions they achieved exactly what we wanted achieving, a very pleasing finish. Jay and his assistant Tom always turned up on time and worked extremely hard and always fully cleared up after the job was finished. We will have no hesitation in using them again.
We had work done by this company back in June and we could not sing there praises more, the quality of work is of the highest and the workmen are friendly and professional. They have turned our house into a home we could not be happier. We will definitely be using them for future endeavours.

Stop searching and book S41! Quite simple really. Not enough words on here that can describe the team in all honesty. Once the initial meeting was booked in, Rich and Jay were here on the dot and everything we threw at them, it didn't faze them one bit and we were delighted with the knowledge and ideas they put forward. We decided on a 1 and a half storey extension, including an extra bedroom, a new kitchen, family diner, utility room and under stair toilet and the price we received was within budget and we booked the team in to start ASAP with an initial deposit. The team were here at 7.15am on the dot every morning. Hard working, tidying up after every day and approachable with any questions we had, just make sure you're stocked up on coffee. We were overjoyed with the final outcome of S41 making our house the family home we had planned 5 years ago when we bought it. So in conclusion stop searching for builders and just book these guys in ASAP, you wont be disappointed!
Having used S41 Developments before and being highly satisfied with the quality of their work and polite staff I had no hesitation in contacting them to come and look at my roof after the recent gales I was concerned about the hip ridge tiles after seeking Richards advise they came and fitted me a new dry ridge system and cleaning up and removing all the old materials we are very pleased with everything so a very big thank you to S41 developments .

I contacted S41 firstly for a quote for some home improvements and from that very 1st contact it was obvious that they were a very professional business. I felt Rich was honest regarding managing our expectations and the price quoted was really reasonable. From accepting the quote, booking the work right through to completion Rich, Jillyan and the rest of the S41 team were fantastic. They kept me informed of what was happening and when, which was great as I was working from home. I found Rich's honesty refreshing, especially as there were a few things he advised against which other builders had not questioned when they were quoting for the work. All the tradesmen working for S41 - plumbers, electricians, plasterer were polite, professional and great at their trades. From the very first contact with the office to the final piece of work being completed every member of the S41 team has just been incredible. If you want the job doing to a superb standard these are the people for you. They care and take great pride in everything they do. They never stop working, arrive nice and early and always leave a clean site. We've had a significant extension and landscaping work done which has taken just over 3 months and we are absolutely over the moon. The planning and preparation that has gone into keeping everything on track and getting the right people in has been second to none. If you are looking for a builder for your extension then stop right here. You won't regret it, there's a reason these guys get booked up and they are well worth the wait. They have transformed our house and back garden and I think are just as pleased about it as we are. S41 were brilliant, they saw the project through from start to finish which was a kitchen, utility and a downstairs shower room plus some landscaping. They came every day, including working through some terrible weather. They were very polite and considerate and we cannot fault their workmanship and we are extremely pleased with the result. Would happily use them again.
S41 Developments completed an extension on my house and the final result is better than I could ever have imagined. Everything has been completed to the highest standard. Jay, Rich, Jillyan and the whole S41 team are fantastic and very professional. Everything was so well planned during the whole project with deliveries turning up as and when needed and then always left tidy at the end of each day. This was a big project and quite daunting for me but the S41 team put me at ease straight away, they are all lovely and are great to have around. All of this happened during the second lockdown so not the best time to be without a kitchen but Rich made sure I was always set up with a temporary one. The final result is stunning and I am so happy with it. I would highly recommend S41 to anyone and I would definitely work with them again.

I have just had work completed on my property by S41 Developments and would highly recommend this company as the work has been finished to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. The builders were very friendly and helpful and cleaned up after all the jobs were completed. I am extremely happy with all the jobs I had done. The price was also very good too, well worth it to have jobs finished to a very high standard.

I recommend Jay and his team at S41 Developments with complete confidence. They have just finishing making safe and re-coping a dangerously leaning stone border wall for me. It was a considerable task involving removal of tons of stone from a high area and then setting coping stones, all from a scaffolding platform. His team avoided any damage to surrounding structures, wiring, water pipes and plants that we wanted to preserve, that were actually on or very near to the job. His team did it on time, as quoted and with no mess or damage on site. They maintained good relations with the neighbours. I left them to get on with it while away on holiday and trusted him with keys for access. On my return all was finished neatly and exactly as quoted for; my wife and I are very happy with the finished job. I highly recommend his professional service. Top man Jay! Thank you.

From calling to view our old fashioned bathroom and taking details of what we required including new drains to accommodate another toilet Richard was prompt with a quotation. The work he did was really well planned and perfect. His workmen are also a credit to S41 Developments.
Very satisfied with the work carried out to re point my chimneys and renew the lead flashing. The work could not be carried out on consecutive days due to the weather as it needed to be dry but I was kept informed of when they would be coming. They were very efficient and all mess was cleared away. I Would be happy to use this company again and am currently waiting for a quote for some further work.

Seeing a variety of their work we felt confident to approach them for consideration of our plans and to have a quote. The project recently completed - ahead of the planned time I might add - has been to our full satisfaction. We particularly liked the fact that the quote was detailed and any extras were explained and agreed beforehand. The craftsmanship and quality were excellent and every day the site was cleaned and tidied up. They always turned up on time and the work was completed on time. Worth the wait for the construction of a wall at the front of the property and some garden work to the front and rear. Very pleasant and polite gentlemen. Cleaned and tidied up after the work carried out and removed all the rubbish.
S41 replaced our old conservatory with a permanent brick extension. The work was carried out quickly and executed to a very high standard. Any problems were quickly rectified and the site was left in a clean state. The quality of the construction is very high and overall we were very glad we chose S41.
We had s41 developments landscape our front and back gardens. There time keeping and workmanship was excellent right from the start to the finish. The landscaping is lovely and they did exactly what we had requested. They are very professional, they removed all of their rubbish and debris form the outside area and we are completely satisfied with the workmanship.
S41 Developments have done an amazing job with our extension. The work involved removing a timber conservatory, extending out by 3 metres and knocking some internal and external walls down. They are an excellent team who completed the job within the estimated time frame and they kept to the cost they had given in the quote. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Richard fully project managed the build so that we didn't have to worry about coordinating the tradesmen or ordering materials. The con tractors they brought in were also very reliable and their work was to a high standard. Richard and Jay were on hand to guide us with ideas when we weren't sure about certain aspects of the design. Our extension is absolutely stunning and we would wholeheartedly recommend S41 Developments to anyone.
