C A Joinery

We originally got Chris in to refit a utility room and its flooring. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. We then got him to refit a banister and balustrades. Again he did a superb neat clean and tidy job. He is now fitting us an oak floor and new doors. We really highly recommend Chris.

I initially engaged Chris last November to construct a new banister for us after an attic conversion. He did a great job for which I am grateful. At the same time I asked him to supply some doors for the eaves cupboards and some cupboards/drawers to go underneath a built-in desk unit. This work was originally supposed to be done at the same time as the banisters but Chris explained that he wouldn't have time to do it before Christmas and I accepted this. Various emails in January and February asking for a new delivery date went unanswered but eventually he gave me a new date of 14 March. This deadline also passed. After a series of text messages Chris has now asked me to find someone else to do the work as he has 'more pressing matters' to attend to. Chris is a nice guy and a good joiner, but sadly he has proved to be completely unreliable.

Chris did a great job on a replacement worktop and I will be using him again for any other joinery work.

Chris came to refurb our staircase I can't recommend him enough, outstanding work, so pleased with the end result. Will definitely be using him again for any other joinery work we need doing. Thank you for an amazing job.

Very happy with the work that Chris did. Very friendly. Fitted and supplied skirting boards, beautiful finish to the job. Very clean and tidy worker.

Joinery work was fine, the doors are good, the price was right, and the final bill was the price agreed. But the customer contact wasn't as good as I might have hoped for. The job was originally scheduled for mid January, but was finally finished mid March with not a great deal of explanation or contact. A few more calls or emails would have made a difference.
