Very pleased with fortnightly cleaning. We just had the separate window cleaning including UPVC clean. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Brigitte offers excellent domestic cleaning services. She is reliable and thorough. The house looks beautiful following her visits and her pleasant personality helps too. She also offered us a bespoke inside window cleaning service which made our windows sparkle. We are very satisfied with the service.

Brigitte did a wonderful job deep-cleaning our house prior to it going on the market. I can't remember the place looking so sparkling and smelling so fresh. Her attention to detail is second to none and not a speck of dust escaped her. It's plain to see that she takes great pride in her work, and always goes way beyond anywhere nearing the minimum. The job was done in a flash and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brigitte to anybody who wants a professional, first class service at an exceedingly fair price.

I was extremely satisfied with the job done. Brigitte carried out a deep clean of our house over two days, was punctual on both days and worked hard throughout. The result was as good as I had hoped and definitely worth the price she charged me. It is clear that Brigitte is very professional and takes pride in her work. *Customer Feedback* Helping Hands Cleaning Service gave me a quote, which I agreed and booked for a deep clean, less than 24 hours due to start I received an email saying Helping Hands, which is a sole trader, cancelled and in a rude manner told me to find someone else to do my deep clean. I am dissatisfied and upset in the manner I am treated by a trusted trader Derbyshire, in my opinion this company needs to be looked into and I am very disappointed. *Traders Reply* I had arranged to do this Deep Clean on Monday 22nd August and the customer cancelled and wanted to rearrange to the Saturday, Monday was a better day for me than Saturday. I wasn't rude, I emailed and just said sorry you best use a cleaning service from your local area. Plus I just changed my mind about doing this clean.., I work for myself and if I decide I don't want to do a clean for someone, where I don't feel comfortable with the situation for whatever reason, that's my decision to make.

Brigitte provides an excellent cleaning service, always arriving on time and ready to start work straight away using all her own cleaning products and equipment. The house is always thoroughly clean and left looking and smelling very fresh.
