Very friendly customer service by James from start to finish. It was obvious that great pride and job satisfaction is taken in the exceptional workmanship. Every detail is explained as to the process and the work undertaken, complete with extensive photographs taken along the way. The company was recommended to us by a friend and we have no hesitation to recommend them and using them ourselves.
I would thoroughly recommend this car accident repair service. The insurance company wanted to write my car off, which I wasn't happy about. I'd been recommended to this business by a friend. James was absolutely brilliant, he did a quote immediately, and my car was allowed to be repaired. I was given a courtesy car and my car was repaired in under 2 days. Repair required; small rip on Fiesta rear bumper and broken fog lamp, both after a low speed collision. I was given prompt advice about a repair and offered a convenient appointment a few days away. Satisfactory repair was completed on time within the reasonable price range quoted. Workshops clean and parking available. An efficiently run business.

Clipped a stone wall in a 5 series BMW leaving a dent and crease in the back door and pillar. I had not used a car body repairer for 40 years so I got James's details from Trusted Trader. Took the car down in person, spoke to James, who came across as polite, straight talking and professional. Received a written estimate and took the car in. I was warned that it might be in for 5 days, but they completed the work in 3. I picked the car up and the standard of work was excellent. The whole experience was flawless, the communications, efficiency and quality of work was 5 star. My experience is that these are upfront, honest, reliable trades people, who do a great job. Maybe I got lucky? Or maybe when you are really good at something, like these guys are, luck has nothing to do with it!
Small job: the cover over van sliding door damaged. 3 recommendations - No.1 said he didn't have required gauge metal and suggested No.2 nearby who said "Um, ah, come on a Saturday; 100 pound." and N0.3 said "Mmm", took the damaged piece, found a suitable washer, cut it to size, welded it to the cover and secured it in place. He didn't say much other than "It's your lucky day. "Charming bloke: clean, tidy Workshop behind Landau Forte school, 2 lads polite and busy. Yes, recommended.

On taking the car to C.A.R.S., I was met by James, who in a friendly manner explained in detail what needed to be done to rectify the issues, going on to give a detailed estimation of the timescale and cost. I picked my car up today after having the work done, and was amazed at the quality of finish they had achieved. So, all in all, they continued to tick all the boxes of a professional, reliable and friendly company. Would I use C.A.R.S. again? Yes, without hesitation. Well done to all, and a big thank you.
Very pleasant, honest and didn't laugh when I explained how I'd rearranged the front of the car.
Lost a headlight washer cover after a bird strike, thankfully no other body damage. Spoke to Tim who said the washer jet was also damaged and could not attach the cover. I purchased the parts and he gave me a couple of prices depending on the difficulty as could be bumper off. In the end bumper had to be partially removed and job all done within 2 days of me getting the parts. Very happy and highly recommended company, good honest advice, service and work.
Picked my car up last week, excellent job really pleased with it, they took over dealing with insurance company, they gave me one of their cars to use, took it in on the Monday and back by Friday. Explained everything to me and even showed me pictures of it being done - 5 Star service.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Mr Hallam is a lovely genuine gentleman and his team are amazing. They repaired a significant scratch and dent to the left rear wing and wheel arch of our Ford Focus and you'd never know it had happened. Can't thank them enough. I used C.A.R.S. due to a bump in my car in 2021 and they did an absolute fantastic job, they were friendly and professional. They gave me use of a car whilst mine was being done, which as I am a community nurse was great. I even got a bottle of wine left in my car when I collected it. They dealt with my insurance and made everything so easy for me. Then recently I returned to them as the paint had come off the bonnet and I wondered if it was due to their work, it turns out I had some more damage which had caused the paint to come away. Despite it not being a fault of theirs they corrected the damage completely free of charge! It's a shame they don't do all car repairs! They are the most friendliest garage I've been to, and will not hesitate in recommending and using them again.
