I have used this company on several occasions and they are always very trustworthy and do a great job. Simon always comes out promptly and work is always carried out to the highest standard. Workmen are friendly and tidy. Prices are fair and reasonable and I have always felt happy and satisfied that the jobs are professionally carried out and completed in good time.

Needed roof repair, pointing work to chimney, new soffits & fascias, competitive price, very friendly and informative correspondence throughout, work done very professionally and cleaned up any mess.
I phoned Simon about a leak we had. He came promptly and explained what needed to be done and gave us a quote for the job which we thought was a fair one. His team came when they said they would. The job was more involved than at first thought but the price was still the same. I would recommend Ark Roofing to anyone.
After a few failed attempts to find a roofer I used Trusted Trader to find one as my extension roof was leaking slightly. I contacted Ark Roofing and Simon came out promptly and quoted a fair price to install a new wet gulley to replace a dry one. It was just after a recent storm and he said he'd be in touch just after Xmas to do the work. True to his word he phoned and 2 guys completed the work on 12th Jan. They were prompt and have done a great job. Really pleased with the work done and would definitely use Ark again if I had a need for more roofing work done.
Simon and his team were professional, punctual and friendly. They did an excellent job of re-tiling our roof with reclaimed tiles, in
keeping with the age of our property. We will certainly employ them
again.

We have had a leaky roof for over a year and couldn't find a roofer who wanted the work to fix it for us. Simon came round and quoted really quickly. Unfortunately due to awful storms and high demand for roofers it took a while for the work to be completed. Simon kept in touch during this time updating us. The work has now been
completed and we are really happy to be dry again! He also did a re- roof for a friend who had rogue roofers initially. She was also
happy. We would really recommend Simon and his team.
This is the second bit of roofing work Simon and his team have done for me. Once again a really thorough and neat job, completed the day after I contacted him. Can't recommend ARK Roofing highly enough.

rectify. All guaranteed and provided us with a report that was much needed. All is now in tip top condition. We will be using Simon and his excellent team to do some work on a house that may need re- roofing in the near future. Thank you. A Great Service! Simon and the team were brilliant, friendly and did a very good job of replacing the flashing round our chimney. Simon even came to check the work afterwards before we had to pay. Very impressed with everything about this company and would certainly recommend them!

After two traders failed to return calls, I contacted Simon. Within 2hrs he visited to assess the work and give a quote, the next day his colleague Lee called to measure up and just ten days later the job, replacing the covering on a room-sized flat roof, was done.
Communication was very good throughout from Simon and Lee, and on the day Lee and his team were polite and friendly, explained what they were doing and did a good job. Highly recommended!
Quick response from our initial contact. Simon visited quickly,
explained what we needed and how they would deal with the work. Covid restrictions and keeping everyone safe discussed. Fair price given. Realistic date for work to begin but they started earlier which was good for us. Team that arrived were really good. Friendly, very
hardworking and always professional. Kept us up to date with their progress and cleaned up at the end of each day and on completion.
Simon visited at end of job to check standards and asked us for
feedback, which was all positive. Will certainly use them should we need anything else doing and would recommend the company.
In the past few years, I have had to have work done on my roof and unfortunately, I have had really bad experiences with two different roofers whose workmanship proved to be quite poor. I was very
apprehensive therefore when I realised I needed yet more work doing. I came onto this site and read the reviews for Ark roofing and
decided to try them. I am glad I did. The standard of work looks to be very good, the lads were polite and tidy and the cost was
reasonable. Hopefully, I won't need any more work doing for a while but if I do, Ark Roofing will be my 'go-to' company.
Having been let down by a previous roofer I was pleased that Simon from Ark Roofing proved to be reliable, friendly and professional. The repair I needed to my roof was carried out quickly and the
gutters cleared. The guys were clean and tidy and no mess was left on site. I would highly recommend them.
I read the reviews for Ark Roofing and Simon is as good as all the reviews say. During the Covid crisis I had been looking for a roof repair company and used 'word of mouth' recommendations for many
months. In hindsight I should have used Trusted Traders first! I was extremely satisfied with Simon from the word go. He kept me up to date with regular calls and the cost was far better than I could ever have imagined. I can only say thank you and that does not seem enough for what Simon did.
Straightforward to deal with and fair price, I wouldn't hesitate to

Simon came and gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable, his workmen turned up on time and completed the chimney repointing, and ridge tiles, they were polite, efficient and cleaned up after they had completed the job. I would recommend this company with
absolute confidence. A job well done.
I called this firm about a suspected leak in my roof, when I asked
him
to visit to give a quote, he said he'd be round in a bit, but I
waited
near an hour and had to phone again as my carer needed to go out, the chap said he was just having something to eat, but still avoided giving me a time until I asked him to call within the next half hour. When this man called, I told him I'd had a deluge of water come
through the corner of the bedroom ceiling during the heavy rain. He went across the road to look at the roof and said there were no
slates missing so it was probably the facial and guttering that
looked
rotten, I only wanted a quote and told him this, he said it would
probably be 4-500 pounds. I found his whole attitude to be
unprofessional and not trustworthy, not what I expected from a
trusted
trader.
Outstanding service from Ark Roofing. Simon was on-hand at all times and provided excellent, honest advice throughout the process. The job was agreed and work started on our roof within a few days. The roofers were very polite, considerate and did an excellent job, and left no mess. The job was also done quickly, yet still to an exceptionally high standard, and the job actually came in cheaper than initially thought/estimated, which is often not the case. Simon also
re-visited to check how the job was going and he also did a final check at the end of the job and confirmed we were happy before ordering the scaffolding down. Therefore, I would highly recommend this company - the service was first class from start to finish.

Came when he said he would come. Good communications. Roof is no longer leaking - so guess good job! Too many cowboys in building trade and I know nothing about roofing- so Trusted Trader meant I felt
safer. Really nice young men. Not cheap - but I do expect to pay for good tradespeople and would rather pay more and get the job done properly. I think a fair price for a skilled person.
I contacted Simon to have the front of my house rendered and painted. Arrived when promised and quoted a very reasonable price. Simon and the team kept me up to date with the progress and procedures. They also carried out brick repairs where necessary and repaired a low brick wall and stairs. Martin and Rob were very professional, polite and efficient. My house is now completely transformed and we're super happy with the work carried out. I highly recommend Ark Roofing for all your home renovation work.
I got in touch with Simon to render and paint the front of my house, brick repairs and repointing. He was very approachable and kept me
informed throughout the entire process. Martin and Rob did a
brilliant job. They were very efficient, hard working and polite. My house has now been completely transformed. I cant wait to have the back of the house rendered. I would highly recommend Ark roofing, their prices are very reasonable and sensible.
