This is the second bit of roofing work Simon and his team have done for me. Once again a really thorough and neat job, completed the day after I contacted him. Can't recommend ARK Roofing highly enough.
Simon and his team did a very good job. Roof window replacements and a roof tidy up. Prompt and no slacking.
ARK Roofing were great at accessing what work needed carrying out and were efficient in repairing the roof.
Simon was prompt in assessing the job on our chimney and his lads were round to complete the required work as soon as the weather allowed. It was carried out efficiently and without fuss and to an excellent standard. The price was reasonable and I would use Simon for any further work that I require in the future.

Absolutely brilliant. We had contacted 3 roofers - 1 did not turn up; 1 did and said there was nothing wrong. Simon showed up and instantly put us at ease - he agreed to do some areas of work to rectify. All guaranteed and provided us with a report that was much needed. All is now in tip top condition. We will be using Simon and his excellent team to do some work on a house that may need re- roofing in the near future. Thank you. I cannot recommend Ark Roofing enough - friendly, kind and they really do care!!!
A Great Service! Simon and the team were brilliant, friendly and did a very good job of replacing the flashing round our chimney. Simon even came to check the work afterwards before we had to pay. Very impressed with everything about this company and would certainly recommend them!
Having read reviews contacted Simon direct. Fast response, job done within the week. Quote a bit vague but a fair price in the end according to Brother-in-law who is in the roofing business in Yorkshire. Definitely would recommend Clayton Roofing.
Good, friendly, helpful, couldn't be better!
After two traders failed to return calls, I contacted Simon. Within 2hrs he visited to assess the work and give a quote, the next day his colleague Lee called to measure up and just ten days later the job, replacing the covering on a room-sized flat roof, was done. Communication was very good throughout from Simon and Lee, and on the day Lee and his team were polite and friendly, explained what they were doing and did a good job. Highly recommended!
Quick response from our initial contact. Simon visited quickly, explained what we needed and how they would deal with the work. Covid restrictions and keeping everyone safe discussed. Fair price given. Realistic date for work to begin but they started earlier which was good for us. Team that arrived were really good. Friendly, very hardworking and always professional. Kept us up to date with their progress and cleaned up at the end of each day and on completion. Simon visited at end of job to check standards and asked us for feedback, which was all positive. Will certainly use them should we need anything else doing and would recommend the company.
In the past few years, I have had to have work done on my roof and unfortunately, I have had really bad experiences with two different roofers whose workmanship proved to be quite poor. I was very apprehensive therefore when I realised I needed yet more work doing. I came onto this site and read the reviews for Ark roofing and decided to try them. I am glad I did. The standard of work looks to be very good, the lads were polite and tidy and the cost was reasonable. Hopefully, I won't need any more work doing for a while but if I do, Ark Roofing will be my 'go-to' company.
Having been let down by a previous roofer I was pleased that Simon from Ark Roofing proved to be reliable, friendly and professional. The repair I needed to my roof was carried out quickly and the gutters cleared. The guys were clean and tidy and no mess was left on site. I would highly recommend them.
I read the reviews for Ark Roofing and Simon is as good as all the reviews say. During the Covid crisis I had been looking for a roof repair company and used 'word of mouth' recommendations for many months. In hindsight I should have used Trusted Traders first! I was extremely satisfied with Simon from the word go. He kept me up to date with regular calls and the cost was far better than I could ever have imagined. I can only say thank you and that does not seem enough for what Simon did.
Straightforward to deal with and fair price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
