*Customer Feedback* After informing me that his mother was very ill, I was concerned with her health. I decided not to go ahead with the quote and informed him of my decision. I received a very rude reply from him. Very unprofessional. It reinforced my decision not to take up his quote. *Traders Reply* I had spent up to 3.5 hours of unpaid time going to see the customer and discussing her needs and wants for the job, preparing then forwarding this estimate. Only to receive an email asking for me to resend this as a quotation due to the insurance company not accepting estimates. This I did. Then I received two further emails, one saying she was going to accept the quote and asking about terms and conditions, method of payment and how long the job would take again, to which I responded a few days later and explained my mother's condition was the cause of the delay and apologised. All this was in a time when my mother was very ill of which she sadly passed. Then I received an email saying that due to my mother's condition she would not be accepting my quote as she thought I would be unable to commit fully to the job. I found this very upsetting I replied, and I quote " Thank you very much for that, I remain professional in all that I do. Thank you for wasting my time". I apologise if I have been rude. It's been a very difficult time and I wish I had spent more of it with my family.

Excellent work. Arrived promptly each day and worked hard. Very friendly and approachable and will give advice. Will definitely be booking Mark for future decorating jobs.

Mark was recommended to us and we were delighted with his work. We had the hall, stairs, landing and utility room decorated. Mark was punctual, and professional.
