Lawrence swapped around men's and women's toilets for us. He installed a new toilet and urinal, moved sinks and built a new partition wall. He then finished off the project with tiling and painting. He did a great job, very professional and great communication.
I have used this trader twice before. This time he came to do two jobs, both of which required working out how to deal with them. The end results have totally resolved the problems which previously existed.
Lawrence responded to my initial message almost straightaway, spoke to him the following morning, then he came and provided and installed a new toilet the day after, completing the work to a very high standard for a fair price in under an hour. Delighted with the job he made in my bathroom, certainly the definition of a trader I would trust for any work of this kind.
It took a while to sort a date out for our repair, as Lawrence and his company are very busy, with good reason, that being that they do a very good job. We will certainly be using L.M. Building and Maintenance again in the future. Great work and a fair price.

There were a number of small jobs which needed dealing with around the house. Lawrence dealt with them all, they are well done, he was very tidy and cleaned up after each one. I was kept informed about what was going on, so no nasty surprises. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend.

Lawrence did a good job, even completing with a broken foot. Very pleased with the result and have asked him to work for me again.

Can't fault the service. He came to a leak under the kitchen sink and was fast both arriving and dealing with the problem. Would most definitely recommend.
Have used Lawrence a few times and have always been very satisfied. He explains the problem clearly, deals with it efficiently, leaves the place tidy and charges a very fair price. He also responds quickly to texts/calls and will come out late/on weekends in an emergency. Would highly recommend.

Lawrence has done quite a lot of work for me and has just finished dealing with yet another damp area in the house. I am always happy with the standard of his work. I believe he charges a fair price. He always comes when he says he will and gets the work done in a good time. I would recommend him to anyone.
Lawrence was reliable, efficient, provided value for money and cleaned up after himself. Have used him now for several plumbing jobs, replacing radiators, repairing toilets etc. He provides an accurate quote ahead of the work, gives a date and time which he sticks to and has come out at short notice when I've had a problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
