Very hardworking and friendly.
Really pleased with the service, from initial quote, through to completion. Work completed quickly to a high standard, at a fair price, very helpful throughout the process too.
Our utility room was damp proofed and re-plastered recently by the Drypro team. They worked extremely hard, did an excellent job and the price charged was very reasonable. They left the place clean and tidy. We would definitely use them again.
I would certainly recommend Drypro Damp Proofing. David was always very reliable and gave a very competitive quote, no pressure. A top class service from start to finish with the work. The workmen did an excellent job and left the property clean and presentable. I would highly recommend this company. Overall a very good job well done. Thank you very much.
A very competent work force. Excellent job done. Well recommended.
Very helpful, kept informed on all aspects of the work in process.
I would definitely recommend them. 3 gentlemen, very good workers.
I got all I wished for - a knowledgeable and experience team who were a job to have working in my home. Clean, tidy, polite instructors and their work is of the highest standard.
Very professional & knowledgeable, worked very well.
Did an excellent job. Didn't get in the way of our 30 staff and everything was done with a minimum of fuss. Personable & friendly.
Finished in good time and kept us up to date throughout.
*Customer feedback* Damp remedial work carried out on a property for sale October 2017. The price quoted for the remedial damp to be undertaken appeared to be fair. However, this was offset with the lack of care and quality in parts on the works conducted. Plastering carried out on the effected walls was acceptable. 2 radiators were removed without draining down first. This resulted in 3 carpets being ruined with black water whilst they were carried outside with water in them. No protection covering was in place on the carpets which would have prevented most of the damage. A gas pipe at skirting board level was re-installed badly and looked awful. This was corrected to its original position in a fashion. Skirting boards and walls were scorched from the blow torch on joints. A new skirting board installed in the toilet was cut too long resulting in the door not fully opening. In summary: The works carried out lacked some quality and was disappointing. There was no respect shown for the property both inside or outside to reduce mess, and the property required a lot of cleaning to remove the mess the workers had left behind. Most of it was unnecessary. Despite promises no attempt to clean up the soiled carpets was attempted. Would not use again or recommend this company to others. *Traders reply* Before we started our work we advised you to remove all furniture, and furnishings from the area to be treated. Unfortunately this did not happen and we were left with only a 1 metre area to work in, we protected this with sheets. When we started work the radiators had to be removed, these had no drain off valves, and the air screws didn't vent properly so there was an escape of water due to pressure in the system. The water drops went through the protection sheets and damaged the carpet. We brought in professional cleaners but unfortunately they couldn't clear all the stains and there was some minor damage. The door was already fitted before we began our work. The skirtings were refitted as before and we would have returned to sort out your concern if you had permitted us. The mess you refer to is airborne dust and we cleaned the area as much as we could before leaving, there will inevitably be some residual dust which will settle. We discussed the additional tanking work and the cost of this work. The gas pipe was moved as it was badly fitted before it was removed, as you were unhappy with the position, and the pre-existing scorch mark being visible we returned it to the original position. Finally the new skirting boards were fitted with no additional charge. We will be contacting you to discuss your concerns.
Good service on time and cleared up everyday.
Good job, good team.
